I will be advising others and making them aware of this location, so they don't waste their money or time, when they can go elsewhere and receive their money worth. Their staff is rude and they don't care for your business. A fast food franchise isn't a pavilion or to use for your own self services while cutting off regular business hours. This affects others as well. Online it showed still open, until I arrived at this location. Prior, I noticed a bunch of cars upfront with the blinds down and a sign outside on the door for a Christmas party. I walked inside and saw they had kids, also a few adults helping themselves to the food, cakes, and whatever else that is meant for customers, not their own leisure. Afterwards, a blond female with glasses marched up to me, rudely saying I wasn't allowed in there and they were closed, while rushing me out. Highly do not recommend.

Had a pretty simple order, a chocolate shake, and a blizzard. Pretty hard to mess up and they came through. I was a walk-in and placed my order at the counter.What impressed me was the service. Yeah, the service. :o. There was a line at the drive through and the counter was packed with people. One girl had two young boys with her who were alternately fighting each other physically or climbing up on the counter. One customer was complaining about not getting the proper change. It was pretty hectic. Despite all the chaos, the crew that day, Sunday afternoon, Oct 1, just chugged along filling customers order. They didn't seem frustrated and I was impressed such a young staff kept they're heads about them.I had to wait a bit for my order, but the girl was going fast as she could and when she delivered my treats, she made sure I had napkins, spoons and straws and asked if I needed anything else. Nice touch that she didn't need to do. I've seen reviews crapping on the store, but they have a fan in me. Good job!BTW, the shake and blizzard were done correctly and were tasty!

This location is the worst location. We saw the sign at the drive thru stating that if you got the app you could get a blizzard for 85 cents. When we got to the speaker we mentioned that we just downloaded the app and wanted to do the 85 cent blizzard. We got to window and lady said "oh you aren't eligible for the 85 cent for at least 24 hours". Mind you if this was posted somewhere on the sign it was in very small print that no one would have been able to read from their car. So we left because who wants to spend almost $6 on a blizzard when we could get it for 85 cents. We came back tonight to order again and was told that even the the coupon on the app says we had until 10/3 (which is today) they are no longer doing the 85 cent blizzards. I believe this maybe the closest to false advertisement as they come. I will be getting my ice cream from Zesto and Handel's for now on. I would give this a zero start rating but Yelp won't let me.

Sucks that I have to change my review on the one place that I love that's closer to me. Doesn't take coupons so I have to drive 7 miles away from my house to get the food I love. I really hope this store closes for good. The staff are even rude when I do got here to eat.
I feel proclaiming a plural pronunciation of a sigular sold item should be adjusted.It's false advertising,Don't include an s at the end of the item if it isn't multiple items.

Food was hot, fresh, and made on the spot! Manager on duty was beyond friendly and made sure my food was prepared when ordered and very fresh! Probably the best DQ in the city!
Location, atmosphere, and staff is great, but hours aren’t accurate in either Google or the DQ app - seems like they close the inside dining room at kind of random hours, and the drive through is open later (when both say the opposite).
