Absolutely the worst service of any fast food restaurant in the area. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes per order. And don’t be surprised if you don’t get what you ordered.

Absolute kudos to the Illinois Rd DQ staff! The place was packed for free cone day, and they handled it like champs—working nonstop and still serving customers with a smile. Outstanding job!

The experience in itself was fine, it’s just the fact that after I had already finished my milkshake when I found a long hair at the BOTTOM. Typically I’m not one to complain, but by food safety measures individuals should have long hair in either a braid or bun. I just wouldn’t prefer a strangers hair in my mouth, but the shake was good!! 🥲

There was a mixup with my online order. The employees went out of their way to make it right for me.

Never ever come to this location!
Ordered chicken stripe with honey BBQ. NOT!! They gave me barely wet strips. Dry dry dry!!!
And it was done on purpose to squeeze more money from me.
So I asked for extra sauce and it took more than 5 mins considering I was the ONLY person inside the store.
At this point you played with my food! Not today! Refund me the money.
BEWARE!!! I will tell everyone not to come here not to this location.

Service was very slow and they were more worried about drive thru. Forgot part of our meal. They found it funny and laughed, we didn't.... rarely a manager around. Have ran out of bananas 2 x's recently.

The slowest Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Whether it is inside or drive-thru, it takes forever to get your food. Sometimes you can sit just 15 min to even order food in the drive thru.

After the delivery service left my food and only brought my drink, Trevor and Kaiden saved the day. They made an effort to call me and tell me the situation. I made my way to the DQ to pick it up, and they were kind enough to make it fresh for me. Their dedication to quality and service demonstrates that they deserve a raise. Thank you!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by any of the employees. Once I finally did put my order in at 12:58 I stood back and watched another gentleman come in attempt to place his order and get completely ignored by all staff for about 10 minutes. of course being fast food you think that I wouldn’t be waiting 10 minutes. while I was waiting I observed them talking on their headsets to each other about video games and other things I got to the point the gentleman behind me, said something to him and confirmed my suspicion that they were just talking to each other and not actually servicing their customers. This nightmare finally ended at 1:12 when I received my order I do not recommend and I strongly suggest Dairy Queen upper management do something about this.

Tried their pretzels sticks and fries the other day they were pretty good. I personally loved the pretzels sticks and the fries was fresh.

The food is always good, but I never see the same people working. No one has ever been rude, but I do feel like they are constantly training new people or the current workers aren't quite sure what they're doing. I understand that lines take a while, but it seems like we usually wait at least 10 minutes for our ice cream. We go through the drive thru about 1 or 2 times a month. We still come back. But just be ready to wait.

They have a variety of options but if you are looking for some top tier ice cream check out Handels! They have so many more flavors to choose from and you are able to mix and match. Be careful if you have a peanut allergy if you get ice cream from here, it has made me sick a few times, the sundaes are usually a safe bet.

The staff here was very friendly and responsive, and its a nice quiet place to eat. The blizzard that I got was amazing, and the food was made as ordered. The food just isn't all that great. I probably won't be getting food from DQ again, but I'll certainly be back for ice cream!
