After the delivery service left my food and only brought my drink, Trevor and Kaiden saved the day. They made an effort to call me and tell me the situation. I made my way to the DQ to pick it up, and they were kind enough to make it fresh for me. Their dedication to quality and service demonstrates that they deserve a raise. Thank you!

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged by any of the employees. Once I finally did put my order in at 12:58 I stood back and watched another gentleman come in attempt to place his order and get completely ignored by all staff for about 10 minutes. of course being fast food you think that I wouldn’t be waiting 10 minutes. while I was waiting I observed them talking on their headsets to each other about video games and other things I got to the point the gentleman behind me, said something to him and confirmed my suspicion that they were just talking to each other and not actually servicing their customers. This nightmare finally ended at 1:12 when I received my order I do not recommend and I strongly suggest Dairy Queen upper management do something about this.

Tried their pretzels sticks and fries the other day they were pretty good. I personally loved the pretzels sticks and the fries was fresh.

The food is always good, but I never see the same people working. No one has ever been rude, but I do feel like they are constantly training new people or the current workers aren't quite sure what they're doing. I understand that lines take a while, but it seems like we usually wait at least 10 minutes for our ice cream. We go through the drive thru about 1 or 2 times a month. We still come back. But just be ready to wait.

They have a variety of options but if you are looking for some top tier ice cream check out Handels! They have so many more flavors to choose from and you are able to mix and match. Be careful if you have a peanut allergy if you get ice cream from here, it has made me sick a few times, the sundaes are usually a safe bet.

The staff here was very friendly and responsive, and its a nice quiet place to eat. The blizzard that I got was amazing, and the food was made as ordered. The food just isn't all that great. I probably won't be getting food from DQ again, but I'll certainly be back for ice cream!

My daughter ordered a cheesecake, strawberry with chocolate pieces blizzard for me on my birthday.
They omitted the chocolate!
We couldn't go back as she had an appointment. We went to the drive-through!
She couldn't stop laughing, making fun of my facial expression.
I waited 9 days to get that, and was extremely disappointed.
Check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct.
What a bummer!😔

Usually solid food/ice cream and very dependable service, minus the occasional tiny hiccup. When they messed up our order last time we came through, they reached out directly to us to make it right, absolutely better customer service than I've gotten from a lot of places!

Very slow service and and saw staff unhygienicaly blow his nose with a napkin and threw it on the ground and went back to work without washing his hands. Very disgusting well never come back here again.

I don't think it can get any worse than this. This place takes 1 hr to get 3 cars through the drive thru. Then when you get your food it's the worst quality ever. They're losing so much money, everytime I'm here I watch cars leave the drive thru like crazy because the wait is SO LONG. I get it's a franchise but does corporate not care about their Name and reputation? WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I placed an online order. I got there a little earlier than the ready time. The casher went ahead and gave me my drink while I waited. My wait was not long. And the staff were nice to interact with. I go here when I am in the area. And will continue to do so in the future.
