Took 25 minutes to get barely any food and barely a line.. one guy was nice working but management seemed to not really care. My kids blizzards were almost all liquid so they barely ate it. Not impressed with this location. Dairy queen should be a great experience for the price you pay for their food.

Blizzard was melted and luquid and they never turned it up side down. Poor service sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes. By the time I ordered and got to the window that had already made the 2 blizzards and had them sitting and waiting which would explain why they were liquid by the time I got them. DO BETTER DQ.

The worker at the drive through window working July 23rd around 11:00 was the rudest and worst customer service I have experienced it took them 15 minutes to make our food and we were the only car in line.

They serve top-notch crispy, juicy chicken tenders. Friendly staff, and if there is a wait, it’s for a good reason. Everyone’s Blizzards are made to order, so good things come to those who wait. I’ve never had an issue with long wait times however. I will definitely return!

This place is by far the slowest fast food restaurant. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order...spoiler alert, I didn't order. I left the line and went to mcdonalds across the road and got my ice cream before the car that was waiting at DQs window (from earlier in my story when I was there) got their's.On the bright side McDonald's ice cream was really good.

By far the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve been in. Customer service was awful and it took us 40 minutes to get blizzards. I don’t know if there is a single person working that I’d continue employing. Wow.

I've never had issues with the food and the drive through crew is always nice.First time going in and it left a lot to be desires. Floors, tables, walls, and windows were dirty. The tray the food comes out on was filthy and flies were bothersome. Place needs a deep cleaning!

Ask about getting a free cup of water and was shocked to find out they don't offer anything of the sort. First fast food restaurant I've ever been to that doesn't at least have a curtesy cup. On top of that the manager decided to give me horrible attitude, instead of just explaining they don't offer one she basically screamed none of the waters were free. Been going to this place for years and if this is a policy change it's for the worse and would take a lot to get me to come back with customer service so poor.

I generally look past the exceptionally slow service every time I go, but today I was charged more for the same two ice creams I ordered the day before. No effort to explain it - just sorry they must have made a mistake yesterday.

Was very dirty. Staff did not seem to care as if it wasn’t their job to clean up. Almost walked out. Will not go back.
