Very, very slow. Took forever to get food and I only had 2 cars in front of me. Was charged $9.99 for a large cheese curd but sign says $5.99 and on line it says $5.99. something is not right! Just saying. Girl was snobby also who was working the window.

As a local to the area I've tried this place numerous times. Customer service is terrible and staff are always rude act like they are doing you a favor as they take your money. You get Luke warm food and gross ice cream in return. Treat people like humans and if you don't like your job find a new one.

Ordered burger ketchup only and it came with everything on it. Totally inedible as I don’t like pickles and it taste like it was soaked in pickle juice. Also ordered a Dr Pepper and was given Pepsi. How hard is it to make an order correctly?!

Used to be fine, but service has been absolutely awful lately. We ordered on mobile and when we got there our order had not even been started. They regularly take more than 30 minutes to complete orders these days, sometimes up to an entire hour. Don't waste your time here.

Arrived to pick up a mobile order at the time it was supposed to be finished only to find that the cook hadn't even started it. They bagged up the fries but were out of burgers so the fries went cold while they were cooking. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Not a single person was wearing a hair net.
