Horrible work experience for my minor child. My child is 15 and never had a person to contact that had a higher level of competence than she did. I understand that this is a privately owned company, but things are handled poorly and unprofessional. Pay is just as bad as communication.
Need to upgrade your registers to accept Google/Apple pay. You lose ? of sales from people who don't walk around with cards (or cash).
Second visit and Melissa again is great. She even remembered my order!!!

This restaurant is clearly not set up to be able to serve more than one customer at a time. There are never more than 3 employees working at a time. ALL food seems to be made to order, even during dinner rush. If you order ice cream in addition to food, they will make the ice cream first and let it sit there melting until the food is ready. This store does not apparently stock sundae cup lids, even for to go orders, which are the majority. When I got my food, there were very few fries and the box was ripped and falling apart. I have never had a good experience here and will not be going back. If you really are craving Dairy Queen, drive to the one on the other side of town.

Since when did the banana splits get so small?! 3 little blobs of ice cream, barley any strawberries, chocolate, or pineapples… waste of money. Went to the one in Albion not long ago and they filled it up properly
