Now who in their right mind would eat this ? Like do we just hand out Ranch that’s been sitting for a while like come on. This is actually unbelievable. I have never had a problem with this DQ til tonight, I am not pleased. To whomever will go to this DQ please do not I repeat do not order from this store and go somewhere else, this is pathetic I can’t enjoy a nice meal from here anymore. This is disgusting

It was very busy and they got things out as fast as the could. Got my food correct and everything despite the small team and the rush. Good job!

We pulled into the drive-thru before 10 PM and were initially greeted and asked for our order. A few seconds later, someone else came on and said they were closed. When we mentioned that their posted hours said they were open until 10, she just said, “No, we’re closed,” and stuck to it—no explanation.

It was frustrating, especially since their hours are clearly posted and we made it in time. If they plan to close early, it would be helpful for them to update their signage or online hours so customers aren’t wasting their time.

Employees are awesome

I pulled up to the drive-through at literally 10:15 PM. They don’t close till 11 PM. Every Dairy Queen that I know of serves everything on the menu up into closing, this particular restaurant decides to shut The majority of everything down so they can close faster at 11 o’clock. That’s what I was told. I would understand if it was 1045 or 10:40 PM but it was literally 10:15 PM. And my family couldn’t order because apparently everything is shut down and clean so they’re not gonna dirty it back up , I’m assuming. All of the Dairy Queen’s need to be on one accord. I’ve never been told that until tonight and I’m extremely disappointed. I’m looking at the other terrible reviews. I’m really not interested In the corporate script that you guys reply with. Get your stuff together and make sure that you’re serving food at least until 15 minutes before closing. This is ridiculous.

Customer service skills when we were at the counter inside where nice, while another time with the drive-through was terrible. So disappointing for a Dairy Queen! The food is typical Dairy Queen. Nothing particularly special but not terrible. We had a coupon that I didn’t realize it was expired because the typing is so small that I couldn’t see it! Not their fault with that, though, but how they handled it and crossed their arms and she actually rolled her eyes! Thanks, but no thanks I’ll go to the more expensive seasonal Zesto and give them my money with their great customer service

Drive thru - St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne. It is unfortunate it is so difficult in this modern age of making things so easy that someone can't get a simple ice cream order correct. You order a Turtle Blizzard and cup with ice cream with rice crispies in it is prepared for you. I know, it ishard.

Service was very slow and they were out of bananas, couldn't make a banana split and didn't tell us until after we paid and were waiting several minutes for the order at the window.

I just have to share this because this worker deserves so much more. A young lady a few nights ago walked into lobby to announce that it was closed while a few customers were inside (i was inside there with my grandparents and mom at the time). Understanding that when something closes it CLOSES, we left. She was extremely polite about it all. She told us that since the weather was extremely nice we were always welcome to use the patio. A woman at a nearby booth or table was extremely rude to her about it all, even after letting the customer stay there for longer. Let the workers do their job and when a store closes you leave!!

Came in tonight after enjoying a night out at Disney on Ice with my toddler. Was rudely approached by the cashier (Maddie) and when I said thank you after she took our order, she just walked away and rolled her eyes. Once it was 9:32PM she came up to our table, again very rudely and informed us that we need to leave as her lobby is closed due to a minor needing to leave by 10. I asked her name and then told her customers should always come first. She scuffed under her breath and told us if we want to we can sit out on the patio…. Mind you it’s 40 degrees outside and I have a toddler with me. Unacceptable behavior and service!

Don’t ever come here. The workers don’t even care about putting all the toppings in ur food. They don’t even care about their own job. I don’t recommend coming here. Literally ghetto.

The staff was very friendly and there was a lady at the takeout window literally she was the best.

The young man running the drive thru tonight, Saturday Dec.21 was fantastic! He was very polite, friendly, and the food came out hot!
