Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I usually don’t write reviews on fast food places, but this one stopped me in my tracks. The customer service was amazing, the employees here are super sweet. The compliments I received and the service I was given, so much Care. The atmosphere was super clean and comfortable. The food here is always amazing.

I came into the store around 10:30am on Friday February 27th. We were greeted by a bubbly sweet young lady with red hair. She had the best smile, and her customer service was excellent. I would give you a 5-star review but the cheese on the hamburger was not melted and the food took so long to come up. The gentleman in the back was wearing an ear pod and was trying to hack up lung. I was almost scared to eat the food because of all the of all the hacking he was doing. My wife didn't eat her food, I had to take her to McDonalds'. That young man should not have been working. The young lady (with red hair) was awesome, and we will come back to see her. However, if he is working, we will not order food, just drinks :)

Just wanted to come on here and say there is a young lady here who deserves more credit. Every time myself, family, or a friend come in, we see Maddie at the front counter. She’s been working there for years now and she never fails to address all customers with kindness, friendliness, and the WARMEST smile. As for food; it’s Dairy Queen, you can’t expect high end food, you know? Regardless, Maddie’s service is above and beyond, and nobody makes a better cherry freeze than her ;)

i’ve gone here multiple times and more than half the time my order is messed up but still charged for it. nobody was even in line so they weren’t busy. the employees need to take extra time and read the order on the receipt and make sure the paying customer gets what the pay for. i’m so tired of paying for a meal and not receiving my items.

Now who in their right mind would eat this ? Like do we just hand out Ranch that’s been sitting for a while like come on. This is actually unbelievable. I have never had a problem with this DQ til tonight, I am not pleased. To whomever will go to this DQ please do not I repeat do not order from this store and go somewhere else, this is pathetic I can’t enjoy a nice meal from here anymore. This is disgusting

It was very busy and they got things out as fast as the could. Got my food correct and everything despite the small team and the rush. Good job!

We pulled into the drive-thru before 10 PM and were initially greeted and asked for our order. A few seconds later, someone else came on and said they were closed. When we mentioned that their posted hours said they were open until 10, she just said, “No, we’re closed,” and stuck to it—no explanation.

It was frustrating, especially since their hours are clearly posted and we made it in time. If they plan to close early, it would be helpful for them to update their signage or online hours so customers aren’t wasting their time.

Employees are awesome

I pulled up to the drive-through at literally 10:15 PM. They don’t close till 11 PM. Every Dairy Queen that I know of serves everything on the menu up into closing, this particular restaurant decides to shut The majority of everything down so they can close faster at 11 o’clock. That’s what I was told. I would understand if it was 1045 or 10:40 PM but it was literally 10:15 PM. And my family couldn’t order because apparently everything is shut down and clean so they’re not gonna dirty it back up , I’m assuming. All of the Dairy Queen’s need to be on one accord. I’ve never been told that until tonight and I’m extremely disappointed. I’m looking at the other terrible reviews. I’m really not interested In the corporate script that you guys reply with. Get your stuff together and make sure that you’re serving food at least until 15 minutes before closing. This is ridiculous.

Customer service skills when we were at the counter inside where nice, while another time with the drive-through was terrible. So disappointing for a Dairy Queen! The food is typical Dairy Queen. Nothing particularly special but not terrible. We had a coupon that I didn’t realize it was expired because the typing is so small that I couldn’t see it! Not their fault with that, though, but how they handled it and crossed their arms and she actually rolled her eyes! Thanks, but no thanks I’ll go to the more expensive seasonal Zesto and give them my money with their great customer service

Drive thru - St Joe Center Rd, Fort Wayne. It is unfortunate it is so difficult in this modern age of making things so easy that someone can't get a simple ice cream order correct. You order a Turtle Blizzard and cup with ice cream with rice crispies in it is prepared for you. I know, it ishard.
