Got lab work done. Found Waynedale community newspaper with a coupon inside. $2 off 6 piece chicken strips with hot gravy dinner. Yum yum! Drove there 7 miles out of my way. Well worth it. 👍😋

I placed a curbside order from home. I drove to the store and after 25 minutes of waiting I went in to check on it. I asked a tall guy with a headset on if he could check on my order. He was extremely rude and told me no - he was too busy. I then asked the sweet girl at the counter if she could please check on it and she found it immediately. The food was behind the counter in a bag and the ice cream had been placed in a cooler. Clearly it had been ready for quite some time. I understand that they were busy, and I was more than patient (25 minutes in car), but the service from the guy was awful and made the whole situation worse! I'm very upset that I spent $30.00 on food that was cold by the time we were able to eat it. After reading through the other reviews I'm certain that there are several others referencing him. I honestly can't believe you can find anyone to work with him. If he treats customers this poorly I can't imagine how he treats his coworkers!

The food was good, but the service was horrible. The girl at the cashier didn't speak up at all , and she sounded like she was in a hurry , asking "is that all" . Next time I order for a family of 5 , I'll go through the drive thru.
DQ review for Lower Huntington Rd location I desire ice cream everyday! Multiple times a day!! My favorite blizzard treat is the Brownie Batter Blizzard!! This location is the ONLY location in all of Fort Wayne, Bluffton and Markle, that actually makes it proper!!! I always get a large Brownie Batter Blizzard at least 4 days a week. Some days I’ve even stopped in twice for a large BBBlizzard. The large get 4 scoops or Brownie Batter with 4 scoops of the brownie bits. All the other locations I’ve stopped at do, 1-2 scoops of batter and maybe 2 scoops of brownie bits. I’ve had 2 locations complain they don’t do the 4 scoops of batter because it’s thick and makes the blizzard hard to make. Well I’m sorry, this is part of your job description and that’s what makes this blizzard what it is!! Make it right, or don’t make it at all!! This location though, they do it right all the time!!
The staff here really are great people. The friendliest face that I’ve got used to seeing on my near daily stop is Elijah. I have had several interactions with Elijah and he’s a wonderful person/employee with what I’ve seen as showing great character, a great personality, a positive attitude, great work ethic and always serves and greets with a smile. Elijah wanting to be better at his job asked me out of curiosity, what I believe is the best way to make the blizzard knowing it is a pain to make but It really is best making half/half. Take large cup fill half way with ice cream, 2 scoops of batter, 2 scoops of brownie bits and mix then add the rest of the ice cream, 2 more scoops of batter and bits and mix. Once completed, you are left with perfection that keeps me coming back day after day until the batter runs out. Sadly, I Then have to wait around for next BBBlizzard season.
This DQ location really needs to partake in employee of the month initiatives and honor Elijah with the admirable praise he deserves followed by recognition of the other great employees that make this location the best and only pick for all my DQ Cravings!!

Polite and professional service. Had a peach cobbler blizzard. It was yummy!
I asked the workers to wipe off the counters since there was layers of filth all over and on the floor. A worker told me they were busy. I said it takes 10 seconds to wipe off and counter because of cross contamination. The supervisor told them to wipe off the counter and the worker made an announcement to the entire restaurant that it would take longer for their orders because they are cleaning off the counter. I cursed at the worker and was told to leave and asked to refund only my part of the order but they refunded my familys order and they had nothing to do with the exchange. I was fine with being told to leave but the disrespect from the worker was unnecessary and not maing my familys order was also unnecessary. It literally took them 10 seconds to wipe off the counter. Busy or not, no one wants to eat filthy food or be treated like crap.

I ordered a dilly bar and two blizzards. Cookie dough, and oreo . Neither blizzard was handed upside down because they were both clearly old and melted and would run right out. And both have nuts and chocolate ice cream. Now I'm no genius, and clearly neither was the lady at the drive through. I was so mad I didn't say anything, interacting with humans like that is a nightmare. You live in fort waynr, support local. Go to Zestos, we've taken the entire family of 5 to both locations and Zestos is spot on every time.

The kitchen was absolute chaos. Took them 30 minutes to fulfill a takeout order of 2 burgers, 1 salad, and a couple blizzards. They appeared to forget about my order several times.Google sent me to grubhub to order take out (no delivery), said it was no extra charge, but ordering through grubhub cost me $8 more than in-store prices.

Probably the worst DQ in fort wayne! It's my husband birthday. So he went into the lower Huntington rd DQ and grab a blizzard cake that was $43.00. He paid for it and had ask to for it to say, "Happy Birthday." The kid he spoke said, he didn't know and walked away. The the manager walks up and he asked her, if she could write happy birthday. She rudely replies, " I don't have time for that!" We left. I was unaware of the issue until we drove off and he seemed upset. When we got home I called asked to speak the manager. The young lady on the phone said she was a manager. I told her the situation and she said she hadn't dealt with anyone up at the counter and she was on drive thru. She spoke with the other manager I could hear her saying yes she dealt with him and she didn't have time. She got on the phone rudely asking me what was my problem. I told her the same thing. She said she didn't have a cake decorated on hand. So I asked her, " as a manager you know how to do that, correct?" She replies with serve aggrevation, I had 20 orders." I then replied, that it shouldn't matter on how many orders you have, you should focus on what is wanted to be done by a customer." Then right in the middle of having this conversation she hangs up on me. Then proceeds to turn the phone off. This lady is highly unprofessional and shouldn't have the role of manager when treated a loyal customer with disrespect. She could of easily have asked him to wait but she didn't. After dealing with that we order pizza and we eat pizza and had our ice cream cake after. We went outside and he states to gag. And out of his mouth is a long piece of hair wrapped around his chocolate nugit stuff. Then proceeds to puke. Wasn't going post about the first half as I had already called other store to ask for the GM number or to be contacted. The young lady at that store was AMAZING!!!!! She took my name and number. I greatly appreciate her wishing my husband a happy birthday and apologies for the other stores behavior. That young lady deserves to be on spotlight for handling a situation that wasn't even hers. But the HAIR is what made me post this to Google. I really hope lower Huntington rd cleans up on their staff. If handle by the GM. I will update this but as of right now. There no guaranteed that I will get a phone call.
