I just left Dairy Queen after one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I waited in line for 36 minutes, only to be handed 5 completely melted Blizzards (spilling all over before i even parked). Not one of them was flipped as Dairy Queen advertises( i requested twice). When I parked and went inside to politely ask why they were melted, the cashier (Claudia) immediately went on the defensive, She told me I “shouldn’t have driven off if they were melted” and even said that if I was “nice” to her she might consider remaking them. After waiting that long and being handed melted ice cream, the last thing I expected was an attitude from the staff of n something that could’ve been remade and a simple issue would t have resulted in this but We won’t be back! Whether she personally made them or not doesn’t change the fact that she handed me melted Blizzards and dismissed my concerns. Absolutely unacceptable service. This location needs serious improvement in both speed and customer service.

Filled my blizzard up so much that it was spilling over the top as I tried to drive home. Love the amount, a lid would be appreciated though. Had to dump it into a bowl since touching the cup at all caused it to spill over just to find out the bottom half of my blizzard wasn't mixed and was just vanilla ice cream. Paid almost $7 for half a blizzard and plain vanilla icecream

This is my favorite ice cream place cuz if you want an ice cream, go get the one that you want and tell them everything you want on it or don't want on it and then sit and enjoy it. Oh and they play good music too 😉

Just went in today I used a code to get one burger regular price and 99 cent for the other I scanned it and the cashier didn’t look and decided me to charge for full price
And my uncle ordered a $7 meal deal but it’s 9 if you upgrade the sundae they didn’t want to give him a drink and it comes with it

Got to the drive-thru and told them I had a coupon online from the mad ants coupons and they said okay pulled up then when I went to pay I said why is my payment so high for two blizzards it was almost $20 she said because they don't take the coupon and I'm like every other place takes the coupon why would I have to print this coupon out just to use it beware I would not go to dairy Queen then I asked for a large water cuz I have diabetes she gives me a small water from spending $20 why am I not able to get a water I don't understand and they had attitudes very unorganized and we should be able to show our coupons on the phone if Madden ain't mad money ants has the coupon on the phone then we should be able to show that now I'm going to call the corporate office
