i wasn’t given a drink carrier for my three blizzards even though i was alone and then no lids on any of them either. they were pretty much all melted when they handed them over and the large was filled to about an inch below the top of the cup. the cookie dough blizzard had hardly any cookie dough and the pieces that were in there were so small. this is the second time this has happened we won’t be returning

Was buying lunch and they messed up with the order. I was already late for work. So I just let it slip, I make sure ask them and they said nothing wrong and tell to go. Very disappointed I just live near by them.

Went over an hour before close to the drive thru. Lobby doors locked, no holiday hours posted. Says they closed at 9, no one answering the drive thru. Saw probably 10 cars try to come and employees hiding in the back on their phones

Sad they don't give you what you ask for but yet charge the same amount

I ordered 2 blizzards at 5:40 and didn't get them until 5:55. This isn't the first time this has happened at this dairy queen, but yet here I am coming again trying to support it.

Chicken fingers are hot and Krispy, the fries are always hot. And I love their hot fudge sundae

Terrible! They charged me $5 for tiny fries, $5 for a small cone, and $6 for a small chocolate shake. And Their burgers look like they were pulled out of a trash can!

We did the drive thru for some blizzards. The person taking our order had a bad tone and did not seem friendly at all.

They literally won't take $50 bills. Manage your lied and said that their bank won't let them. Dumbest thing I've ever heard I'll never be back.

Today 5/1/24 at 8:23, we tried to dine in at dairy queen on this particular spot, and the manager closed on us while we were trying to dine in, This is absolutely unacceptable because the time of operation says it closes at 9:00pm for dine in.

We each had a blizzard. Not that we needed them.
