Always a good experience. They work hard! One time I was here after work to get a little snack, and the service was a little bit slow, BUT i was there at about 3-ish, between the lunch and dinner rushes, so they were probably just a little understaffed. My food was good and fresh!

All of the Dairy Queen in Fort Wayne are horrible, but this is the worst one for sure. Their customer service always sucks and today was Awful. Everyone ignored the about 10 people that were in the lobby. Then when someone asked about their stuff, the old lady they call grandma was super rude to everybody. I sure hope she’s not the manager. I would save yourself time and money and never go here.

Went here for a quick bite the other day and it was pretty decent overall. The place was clean, staff was polite, and my order came out faster than I expected. I got a cheeseburger combo and fries — both were hot and fresh, though the burger could’ve used a bit more seasoning. The drink station was well stocked, and they didn’t mess up my order, which is always a plus. Prices were fair for what you get. Not the best fast food I’ve ever had, but definitely not bad either. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Great Banana splits my husband and I both got one and we love that they give our puppy a “Pup cup. But the price was over $13.

Don’t go here. Horrible service, rude workers, waited an hour for my mobile order. Went in to cancel they were very rude. Made me late for work and I had other things to do before work which I missed out dealing with this location and these people and I also called corporate on them. I would give them no stars if I could.

Ordered multiple items online missing a sandwich go back get it picked up still made it wrong and when I open my sandwich single rather than double won't be back ..do better!

Very bad service. I waited 20 minutes for 3 ice creams and the workers were making fun of another customer among themselves for asking for nuts and they didn't have any. I asked for a banana split and they didn't have any bananas.

Service was horrible and food hamburger and cheese curds were cold. I was out with family total bill was around $50, when I places my order I asked if they still had a flamethrower burger (the tvs with the menu some were on and some were off) and the cashier without evening asking anyone just said no they don't (management you need to do better! teach your employees to ask other coworkers if they don't know the answer) I was taking a minute to figure out what I wanted then saw someone else walk behind the counter and asked when they stopped serving flamethrower burgers and he looked at me weird and said we haven't stopped we still have them. That was 1, then the 2nd thing was waiting close to 10mins for the food. Saw people that came in after I had ordered get their food sit eat and leave. I saw a burger and cheese curds in the window, even heard the guy placing the food up there ask both counter people if they knew what those where for, and asked them both do you remember taking the order, they both said no. After hearing that I said loudly hey when am I getting my food!? The guy looked at me and asked what I ordered I told him (same guy I gave my order to) and grabbed the food that was dying in the window. And of course by then the food was cold.
