Just as bad as every other Dairy Queen in town; seriously, how is one restaurant so consistently awful among every location? Rude and apathetic employees who could care less about the timeliness and quality of your food. Want to avoid that by ordering online? Good luck, as they usually don’t even start the order until you arrive to pick it up. On top of the over priced, shrink flated menu, service this bad is a permanent deal breaker. I miss the Dairy Queen of my childhood, pretty sure that experience is forever gone.

Every time I go here the service gets worse. The female employee in drive thru must’ve had the worst attitude I have ever seen. If you don’t want to be at work then just quit!!!! I miss decent customer service.

Ordered three blizzards via mobile order. The blizzards were not to the standards of the DQ. The flavors were not mixed properly, more than half the blizzard was plain vanilla like ice-cream. Usually the cups were flipped to the customers to show the quality, which was also not done. In fact, this is not the first time we had this experience. We thought our previous poor experience was an one time experience, so we gave it another try today. Today the experience is not any different than our past visit. Honestly, we felt, the food was not worth the money. I would love hear back from the store representative.Edit: I got a pretty lame response with a link to reach out to corporate office, passing more work to me. If you care for your business, serve food to the standards of DQ and don't wait to hear from the corporate office. My time is valuable to me, I left my feedback. If you care your business, better fix things and don't expect customers to write letters to your corporate office.

Hate leaving reviews but man every time I come here they are so rude and slow. Like I get it you don’t want to be at work. Then just quit. I’d never come to this one if I had another Dairy Queen closer. Someone needs to start looking at the managers that hire these workers. I think he be there rude as well heard a name
