Worst banana split ever 🤨 rotten banana 3 strawberries 4 pineapple chunks & just a tiny drizzle of chocolate.

​1/5 Stars: Complete disconnect between promise and delivery.
​While the food itself was acceptable, the service completely failed. We received our meals but had to separately request our drinks, only to be met with an inexplicably rude and attitude-filled response from the worker. I noted the poster on the door listing 6-7 things the establishment promises to do for its customers; unfortunately, zero of these standards were met during our experience. This level of service is unacceptable, and we will not be back.

Lol, simply the most unprofessional and impersonal, rude service. The night staff should be let go immediately.

Great customer service! I have an allergy and they took it with caution and I really appreciate it. They don't have many options as they used to but there still is a lot to choose from. The hot fudge sundae is the best!!

We've went to 2 of them. North Anthony, and out on Winchester rd. Both time I myself have ordered the new york blizzard and you get halfway through it and all it was was vanilla ice cream. Need to do better

I'd give them a zero if I could. I'm reaching out to the manager. We ordered and sat at the window for 5 minutes. No one took our money. What was going on? There was no one being helped inside either. Hire people? Like I said, I'll be reaching out to as many people as I can regarding this store. Potential customers: beware, go to a different DQ until they can properly staff this location.

Very dirty made me uncomfortable to eat

Well today was not the greatest the girl behind the counter was not friendly and the ice cream cone with stale I think I'll wait a while before I go back to dairy
