I could say alot, but long story short. we spent 15 min being the only car in the drive thru waiting on 2 hot fudge milkshakes. Only reason I did not leave was they took my card when I pulled up and didn't hand it back until the end of the exchange.

First visit. I waited in line behind one singular car for 15 minutes, who only got 4 blizzards. Then I had to wait some more for mine. I had a burger, fries and sprite. The fries were stone cold, the sandwich was barely warm and the sprite tasted off. Will never go here ever again.

I’m leaving three stars because the workers were nice and the blizzard was really good! However, I ordered onion rings and they were so hard that I couldn’t even eat them. Had to throw them away.
The drive-through line took more than 20 minutes to move so I went inside to see what was going on and when I was in there, not only was the manager rude, I seen two cockroaches crawling out of the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting.

A great menu, I try something new every time I’m there and always find it well made and enjoyable. Always greeted with a smile and food made in a timely manner. I definitely recommend coming here.

Didn't get my order rite, food looked thrown together. Bad service. We don't eat here often. Still won't be eating here often cause nothing was done very good.

My frosted animal cookie blizzard was both watery, not flipped, and over half was just vanilla ice cream.

Food is great every time, but the service is awkward. No real greeting or interaction, expect to read the screen to tell what your total is.

Typical dairy Queen service. Not bad and usually pretty quick to get through.

$15 for three soft serve ice cream cones. Overpriced, but that's out of anyone's control. But, being made to wait 7 minutes while the cones were made (Empty lobby, hardly any customers)? Nah. Getting a "yup" when I asked if ice cream cones were really $5 a piece? Nah. No thank you.
Food = mediocre.
Prices = very bad.
Service = "Uh ok just wait a minute."

Why such an awful taste in blizzards? The others were great.
