I ordered a large strawberry cheesecake Royal blizzard with strawberries in the center. I only had a total of 3 strawberries Throughout the whole blizzard. None were in the center and I spent $2 extra to get the Royal blizzard. Was very disappointed.

Don't order through door dash if you want your food to be correct.My wife ordered a chicken tender sandwich, no lettuce or tomato, add bacon onion and cheese. We get a chicken tender sandwich with lettuce and tomato, no cheese no onion, and one singular piece of bacon.The chicken for both of our sandwiches was so overcooked it was hard to bite.The burger our roommate got was correct but it was stone cold.Fries were stone cold.Drinks were flat.Both blizzards were made incorrectly, way too much of the add ins.

Usually great visits some issues here and there but I visit this location frequently so increases my chances of seeing their bad days. But I still come back so mustn’t be too bad.

When i arrived there were 0 cars in the drive thru. Went inside to order. There were no employees present. I decided to use the rest facilities after standing at the counter for 5 minutes. Employees were hanging out in the rest room. When finished i went back out to order, waited another 5 - 10 minutes before someone took my order. 5 more minutes went by and cars started coming through the drive thru. Then 3 seperate other people came inside to dine in. 5 drive thru cars and all 3 of those people who came in received their food and yet i had been there 30 minutes for one burger so i walked out without my food and went elsewhere. No wonder this place has a bad reputation. Keep my money! Im never going back

Clean well lit place.Ice cream was good & what you expect from a DQ.Paid a tad over $14 after tax for a banana split & the largest Reeves Blizzard which i thought was high. However, it is a newer store & expensive to build.Employee was engaging/friendly when I entered.We each sat inside eating our dessert to good 20yr old music & no one else in the store the whole time there.I would go back if in the area again.

With all due respect . . . Appreciated DQ wanting to contribute to Miracle Network on 7-27-23. . . . So we decided to purchase 2 Blizzards.
Since we cannot contact the store manager by phone this morning 7-28-23, I will write about the service received.
Yes the outside temps were 80 degreees plus, and for probably we should have not gone for a treat. But we appreciate the mission of the Miracle Network. Yes, we should have known to eat the products inside the store.
We were waited on -- Order Nr. AAC2 RLNSA JAG at 1915 hrs, recvd call tag #58.
The young man who took our order seemed distant, hurried, and inattentive. Not people friendly.
The large blizzard cups were too full and not as frozen as they should have been. Even on the counter in a carry tray they started to melt and make a sticky mess, which a few napkins could not hurriedly correct. ... Needless to say trying to drive 3 miles home compounded the mess~!
So, for us, the business’s bottom line should not be profit, but training youth in how to treat customers and situations.
