The only Improvement that I can imagine which would be a incredible miraculous impressive and I'm sure delicious innovation like some of their competitors to add a vegan option delivering on modifications to the option even with toppings Etc I would select this option each and every time I visit which is moderately frequent however outside of the DQ I am a strict non-dairy vegetarian so this is cheating for me but it feels so good I'll never forget how the DQ makes me feel and the good feelings are why I visit so frequently 🫠😶‍🌫️🫣😶🤪🤪🤪😜😇🥳😈😈😈😈🤡💀💀💀💋🥰😝😶‍🌫️🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊🙈🙉🙊👻

Always have items missing from orders. The entire crew working there including the management is a freaking joke.

My husband got the wrong sandwich. The hamburgers just aren't as good as they used to be. Or Columbia City DQ has different burger. Great service

The shakes are amazing, the staff is pretty nice but the real reason why I decided to give 5 stars is because of the music. I loved when I heard Nirvana on their radios

The boy Jensen and the girl who took my order were very unprofessional and disrespectful.

I was picking up food for my mother in law who specifically asked for Dairy Queen and was met with nothing but disrespect. My order was simple. All I asked for was a 6pc tender basket with onion rings and honey bbq sauce. When the girl told me (disrespectfully) they didn’t have honey bbq, I understood and asked my mother in law what sauce she would like instead. The girl working window then said in a disrespectful tone all the sauces they had to which I responded “I’m not talking to you, i’m talking to the person i’m ordering the food for.” And the girl got offended and continued being disrespectful. Once I pulled up to the window, Jensen told me to just leave (after I had just paid for my order) and to never come back. (Which I won’t be. Not because he said so, but because the children working there lack professionalism) I always went to this specific location for food for my family because it’s the closest to home, but never again. I don’t want that location receiving any more of my money.

I wouldn’t recommend this location unless you want to be met with disrespect and a messed up order. It’s not worth your money or time.

Too expensive

Always a great place to visit! Clean dining room and a Quick drive-through.
Yummy ice cream treats, chicken tenders & hamburgers. But I miss the Springtime, Over the Rainbow Shakes- they were so very good - cotton candy deliciousness!!!!!

Every time I visit this location, I encounter rude service, whether at the drive-thru or the counter. The staff consistently seem uninterested and unfriendly, making the experience unpleasant. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case here. I hope management addresses this issue because it’s disappointing to receive such poor treatment repeatedly.

The chicken strip and French fries were nice and hot. The ice cream sundaes were cold. The service was stellar! Everything was delicious.

Order for three items took over 30 minutes as we ordered in as other orders for to go took priority. Mismanaged and very confused staff that was inept and incompetent. Better off to go through the drive up as that took priority. Needs mangers above the age of 12.

Terrible, they were busy but we waited for over 30 minutes for ice cream before finally getting fed up and leaving without our entire order. While the staff was busy singing and messing around behind the counter.
