Seriously the worst drive thru customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ended up leaving because the girl was so rude & unimpressed that I was there ordering ice cream for my kids for doing well on their report cards. Ridiculous! Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend.

I just bought a large chocolate malt through the drive through. It is the absolute worst malt I have ever had. The chocolate syrup isn’t mixed in, giving it a horrible flavor and the consistency is like water. It is extremely runny - and I bought it less than 5 minutes ago. Previous times I’ve been to this DQ have also been disappointing. I love blizzards, but every single one I get from this location is never mixed. The top half is fine but the bottom half is plain ice cream with none of the topping mixed in. One time I ordered 2 blizzards and the guy behind me had 2 shakes and a cheese curd basket. They mixed it all up and gave him my blizzards - which we found out 5 minutes later and they were all soupy. Not even an apology was offered. Not to mention we were the only customers and there was nobody in the drive through. Completely disrespectful and horrible service and quality.

Great location, very convenient but the management is horrible, very poorly ran which goes along with the Customer service not managed very well. I really hope Corporate office takes a real good look at this location and takes action before it goes down hill.

This is hands down the worst DQ I’ve ever been to. It’s close to home, so some nights it’s just easy and quick. The few times we have been there the drive through person was beyond rude and short, cuts you off before you’re even done ordering.How hard is it to get an order right? I’ve gone back inside EVERY time we’ve gone through the drive through. All employees always seem to be confused, nobody seems to know what they’re supposed to be doing, let alone what to do next.We just won’t be going back. Do better.

Such good food I love the chicken basket get it at least once a week it but when you have to remember to reask for condiments when you get handed your food it stinks to get home and not have sauce or anything to eat with, yes I have silverware but it's nice to not have to dirty dishes especially when you don't cook?

I usually don't roast places but, today I was totally ticked off. The billboard said Black Friday deal, buy one Blizzard get one for 99 cents. We even asked what qualified. We placed our order, they told us the total and it sounded a bit high for 2 of the items on our order being only 99 cents. We asked at the window and they said "Oh, that's only on the app." Totally ridiculous for ice cream that comes out of a machine and isn't even scooped by hand. You people literally pour a mix into a machine, it gets cold and you put a scoop of chopped up candy in it. Get your stuff together people.

Checkered Past

Not tonight! They are slooooooow!Follow up … we waited more than 20 minutes for 2 mini blizzards. We went up to get a refund but the blizzards just so happened to be ready. We got them and they were melting, obviously been sitting there a while. I just took them straight to the trash bin. We probably would have waited another 15 minutes for someone to figure out how to make a refund. The crew was clueless!

We have been to this DQ a few times since it is right in our neighborhood, and I don’t think we have had but 1 good experience! That good experience was ordering a blizzard made with chocolate ice cream we got to window and they handed it out and it was vanilla, I ask the girl is this chocolate and she seemed like she wasn’t sure what to do another girl came up and I explained and she set the people straight! By that I mean she said “they ordered it with chocolate ice cream” and they must’ve argued with her cause she said “Don’t argue with me, they ordered it made with chocolate ice cream”! She was a awesome! Went there tonight and the girl working drive thru cut me off before I was even done ordering go to the window and take my card don’t say anything to busy messing with all the other kids in the back. Handed my card back handed the two items out and not a nothing else. The service at this place sucks every time we go it’s getting old! Seems like reading these reviews the service seems to be a big problem!!
