We ate at Dicky's on a night that they were absolutely packed and overwhelmed with customers, due to a local teenage Jazz band that played. We learned that Dicky's was short staffed.....causing the service to not be perfect.... lots of mistakes and blunders. However, they tried hard and did the best they could do with professionalism. Thanks, Dicky's! Wings were ok, BBQ Flatbeead was OUTSTANDING! We'll try again on a regular night, where customers are not lined up out the door to hear the young band. The band was called "Entropic Blue"... two sets of young brothers, great saxaphonist, Trumpet, 16 yr old bass player, 12 yr old drummer, smooth guitarist, pianist, all young kids....they played for over 3 hours straight, wow, that's talent !
Even though the service was not perfect, good job to Dicky's for doing their best with the challenges they faced. Also, GREAT job to Dicky's for giving that young band an awesome opportunity to enhance their future.

Interesting how the sign states a salad, seafood, and pizza bar and it does not exist. Asked our waitress where it was since the sign said that and she was unaware it even said it, let us know she would let them know. We left for another local restaurant, false advertising!

Service SUCKS ! . They go thru bartenders & waitresses like water . They try to save on payroll. Nobody wants to work there after a couple weeks except for the cooks in the kitchen.

Band good music but no space for dancing. RESPONSE From OWNER ACCEPTED. Upgrade to #4 instead of #5 b/c Tilapia is the Worst Fish you could possibly serve. Makes me sick & somebody below complained that it made them sick. Plus, a Tall guy couldn't get under the Mess hanging from the ceiling. .

The brisket had little flavor and tasted like it was boiled. The smoke house quesadilla and Shaggy snacks were just OK. The beer tasted watered down, and I do believe they just poured Tequila over crushed ice and called it a frozen margarita. After this abomination of a meal, I had to use the restroom. This was a mistake. It smelled horrible and was very dirty. The only good thing was that our waitress was absolutely wonderful.

Went on a Saturday night. It was somewhat busy and loud with a band playing. Service was a little slow. Food was ok. Pricey when ordering a meal & a drink from the bar.
Came here for lunch today. Our waitress today was the dark haired woman with glasses, had her hair in a bun. Terrible to us. She was rude. Seemed inconvenienced when we asked for anything. She had 4 other tables and seemed to give them good service just fine, barely checked on our table, probably only 3 times in all. When we asked for our checks and boxes, she made a face and walked away and threw menus down and whoever else was there asked if she was mad and our waitress said “I’m not mad at you”, which clearly makes it seem it was US she was mad at. For what, have no idea. We were all polite, said our thanks yous, etc. then when paying our checks came, she shoved the card reader into my hands and walked away. Once I was done paying mine, she still wasn’t there to switch it to another check and my friend asked her how to use it and she snatched it out of her hands. Whoever this lady was, either had a bad day and took it out on us or shouldn’t be working in this job service.
Also the food was not very good. My flatbread was super crunchy and burnt, my friends nachos had like zero cheese on it. The only good things we had at lunch was the cheese curds and shaggy snacks.
