The lack of communication when one of your delivery drivers takes carry out orders with him delivered to a different address is unacceptable. You could’ve at least had the decency to contact the people ahead of time of the issue.

I ordered from this location super late. Was actually there 5 minutes after close and they were still there. The guy that took care of me was super nice and helpful and didn't seem bothered whatsoever by the fact that I'm an idiot and ordered so late

Ordered online for window pick up. Online said it would be ready in 11 to 20 mins. I ordered at 6:32 it was not ready until 7:44. Ridiculous! The last time I ordered from there I said it would be the last. This was because last time everything went through on my end but I show up at the window and they said they never got the order. Funny I got a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. So that time I waited 45 mins for them to get it done. This truly was the last time! Too many other options to mess with this place.

If you want your pizza at a certain time for delivery make sure you put it 45 minutes before you need it.

I ordered 2 large pizzas. One of them was supposed to have extra sauce but didn't have sauce at all, the other one was burnt so bad that it was inedible. They also did not include the garlic sauce I paid for. I called to complain and the lady on the other end of the phone called me rude names and hung up on me.

I've been a Domino's customer for a looong time. Excellent pizza - except the pepperoni changed, so I don't order it anymore. The crust is awesome! I also love that I can order "normal bake" or "well done" - here is why I gave it only 4 stars ..... if I pay for a service where I travel tothe business, spend money on gas, incur the inconvenience myself, and pick up the product - why is the paid staff begging for tips?

The service at this location seems to always be top notch. The pizza is usually always hot and tasty. The last pizza we picked up wasn't very warm for some reason. Could've been my fault arriving later in my pick up window. I still recommend this location for great service and pizza.

UPDATE: I spoke to the general manager the next day and explained what had happened the night before. He was understanding and was more than willing to make things right. I ordered tonight for the family and to the manager, J., as the first two people I talked to seemed confused and did not actually write down my order. When I got to speak to J., he sorted out the confusion and I got my order and it was all very fresh and hot and it was correct. The driver was pleasant and I gave him a great tip! Great job!

This OUTRAGEOUS! I ordered a pizza, Parmesan bites and chicken strips around 10:40 pm. It never came. I had the tracker on and he never even entered my neighborhood. He was on the wrong side of Covington. I called the store and told her about not receiving the delivery. She said she would call the driver and she said she would call me back after, but only when I asked her to do so. It was11:50. She didn't call me back. I called back at 11:59. By the time I actually got thru the advertising, it was 12:02 am. They picked up the phone but apparently had no intention of talking to me because I could hear them rattling the platters and pans in the background. After trying to get their attention, asking them to credit my debit card and vowing to call corporate tomorrow, I hung up. I checked my card and it HAS NOT been credited at this time...Domino's is still billing for food I never received. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach my bank because the customer service by phone apparently closes at a certain time. It used to be 24/7, but there we go.
Tomorrow I intend to go to the store in person and make them give me my money back. So much for their new policy to make it right.
If I could, I would grant them -5 stars. The survey below must be filled in, so the real answers are I didn't receive my delivery, I got nothing to eat because I didn't receive my delivery, I spent almost $20/per person for food I didn't get, and I am damned disgusted by my experience with this Domino's that I am sworn off them. Of course, I haven't ordered from there for a couple of years, so I guess it is just more of the same.
