The restaurant schedule online indicated that the store is open until 12:00a.m. I have used this location many times and have had no issues and was served later then their store hours indicated. I have been appreciative of this. This evening (3/27) I placed an online order as usual around 11:25 and went to pick up at 11:50. When I arrived I was informed that my order had been canceled as the line had shut down. This was disappointing as when I ordered at 11:25 the websight told me that the order would be ready in 15 minutes and I never received an update indicating the order had been canceled. Really would like this location to not let this dip in service be a new standard for their services.

Awesome location! First time trying Dominos pizza and I ordered on the app. It was made PERFECT. I asked for extra onions and they definitely did! I love how there is also a no cheese option which is awesome. They made my pizza just as I like and I would definitely come to this location again. Plus the pizza was only $8 for a large.

Usually great food and delivery time, this time was estimated 45 min then turned into almost 2 hours before delivery, when food arrived driver was nice , food quality not ok , pizza was stuck to the top of the box just crust on the bottom toppings stuck to the top, hot wings were hot in temp no sauce,

I'd give a zero if I could. they say online and when you talk to customer service they are open for delivery. they aren't. I talked to customer service, and they sent me to the actual store. they hung up on me instead of correcting the issue. I'll stick with my store back home (where I worked for a few years as a part time second job). they treat you like a true customer instead of a number like the fortwayne location. quite frustrating if you ask me. I do not recommend them at all and will hold to my opinion on this.
Bad experience tonight. Normally, this is not a problem, but the driver up person was outside smoking. I ran across the gas station line and heard it ring 3 time. After 7 minutes, I drove around front and expressed my displeasure with the service.

Last couple orders been old and nasty. Than they are suppose to close at midnight but they are always closed before 11pm. So if you work late you're stuck with IHOP, Taco Bell, or Wendy's. Than again any of these 3 would be better than Dominos any way. Was just looking for variety. Not here.

Placed order food was never delivered called and the girl wanted to argue and the. Then general manager had a a bad attitude..will never order there again...we will NOT be talked down too like we where and this isn't the only review I will leave...

Ordered online and waited behind the store in the Target parking since I drive a commercial Truck. I walked to their store to pick up the pizza and was told that the Lobby is closed and I have to use the drive thru. The dude in the drive thru opened the window and asked how he could help me. I explained him that I Drive a truck and your website didn’t mention in-store pick up isn’t available so if he could just hand me the pizza through the window. It’s ridiculous that he could open the window and chat with me about how he couldn’t help me until a came in a car and not just hand me the pizza through that window!!! Worsttttttt employee ever!!!!!!
