I just ordered domino's for the first time. Thought I’d try out the pan made pizza that everyone raves about. I ordered a large cheese pan made. I arrived right when it finished cooking. My home is 8 minutes away. As I take my first bite, the entire pizza is very soggy and has barely any sauce, when I made sure to ask for extra. It was also doughy. I would like a refund. Very distasteful.

Went inside to order as I was having cell phone issues. No prices or menu. Strange. The lady asked me what I wanted. Medium deluxe $18.99. Way too much. She said, “all of our deals are online.” Oh so you would screw over an elderly person that doesn’t know how to order online? Not the way a restaurant should do business. I tell her about my phone issues. She doesn’t care. So I walk out. Yep, Dominos Dupont you lost my business.

I hadn’t ordered from here for awhile so tried it again. The pizza just isn’t what it used to be. I used to pick dominos over everything it was really cheesy melty great crust but now it’s just bland.

Ordered contactless delivery online. When the driver delivered the pizza he never bothered to knock or ring the bell (or otherwise let me know my pizza had arrived). When I finally decided to check after quite some time had passed, I was disappointed to see my pizza sitting on my doorstep, cold as ice. Hard to say how long it had been sitting outside, but at just over 40 degrees, it doesn't take long to make a pizza get cold. Called the store and they acted irritated with me, saying I ordered "contactless". When I pointed out that I still need to be notified when my pie arrived, I was told that I should be watching my tracker. So I guess if you want to order a pizza from here, you need to sit in front of your computer watching for updates, because they sure as hell won't let you know when they dump your pizza at your front door on a cold day. VERY disappointed, won't order from here again.

Ordered from the store on Dupont rd Ft. Wayne, it’s the store in my area that delivers to my address… was told it would be 21-31 minutes, great! Paid and the bf and I were anxiously awaiting our Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza, stuffed breadsticks, and garlic parm wings. 45 minutes later I called back and inquired where my food that was already paid for was. I was told there was absolutely no record of my order (again already paid for) and was told to “call different locations to see if I ordered from them” (I literally hit redial, I’m not the brightest but I’m not that ridiculous!) told the manager this and was hung up on. Called back and the recording said it’s on its way so when I spoke w someone the person (delivery driver) this time who answered the phone he told me “I just heard you speaking to the manager and you need to call a different store bc we have no record of your order” (again already paid for) as he continues to argue w me that I was wrong low and behold the delivery driver pulled in my driveway ??♀️! Bunch of insane morons at that location and I would not recommend if you’d like your food on time and more importantly want to know who actually has your money!!! I’m not impressed at all

Not a single complaint. We order from here regularly, they have yet to get it wrong, and it's nearly always done when they say. Sure, it's still Domino's but these folks get it right.
