Don Chava's Mexican Grill

I have dreams about Don Chava's now, it was that good. Salsa is great, service was awesome and the food was amazing! Quesadilla Rellena.... Don't sleep on the Quesadilla Rellena! Extremely friendly staff.

Do NOT be fooled by the reviews like my girlfriend and I were! We came in and the place was packed. We were in the mood for some great Mexican food and were SEVERELY disappointed!! We got fajitas and there was absolutely no flavor. The steak was so greasy you could taste vegetable oil. Also tip for queso lovers we got that it was good but only in a 3oz container when it says we get 4oz and wasn’t even full. I simply just didn’t eat. My girlfriend eventually stopped before getting full. People were nice place was cute. Food was garbage.

Margaritas taste like lime Kool aid, very little tequila, we ordered 27oz premium!!! They were horrible!!! The food wasn't bad, but had better!!! The service was good!!! It was are first time there, so we will give it another try!!!

If Applebees was a Mexican restaurant. Ground beef in the chimichanga was very bland.

Visited Don Chava's this evening with a few friends. When our food came out, server gave me the wrong food, I asked for it to be returned and the second plate was still the wrong order.
Had to ask the server also for refills on drinks.
First time I had bad food and service at this location. Usually it is great.

Hubby and I love Don Chava's! We went here on our 1st date and have been back many times. Yummy food, big portions and great margaritas lol. Our waiters/waitresses are always friendly and helpful.
