The employees are sweet, and my drinks never disappoint! The donuts are also so so yummy. They do tent to run out of donuts quickly, but also, I could do better at waking up earlier lol. Great place.

The girl working there tonight was insanely polite considering she was the ONLY worker there. Our drinks were amazing and our hash browns were nice and warm. I wish I had gotten her name but she did have tattoos on her hands, it’s ridiculous and unsafe to have someone in the store by themselves. Shame on management for letting this happen.

Worst so called coffee I have ever had! Large frozen pumpkin coffee that tastes like it may have been made with mop water and used toilet paper! I thought i would treat myself today as I haven't had dunkin in 6 months! Can't afford the extras like this. And the one time I do i have to throw it away because this is going to make me throw up. Never again

We used to go here a lot but the service has gradually gotten worse (it was never great.) Today along with our order (coffees and donuts) I asked for two small ice waters for the kids. We have always done this and enjoy the triple filtered water coffee places use. Not only was our order wrong, they gave us tap water (which tastes like dirt here) instead of just using the water dispenser they always use. We won’t be back, as half the time we have stopped here it’s been because my kids asked for water and we get donuts and coffee as well.

After asking questions about a drink I wanted (mango pineapple) I ordered and was given a strawberry dragonfruit mango pineapple refresher was not what I asked for . The problem with drive thru places anymore they rush you into ordering and some do not listen well to what you are ordering . Unfortunately the managers service he gave was poor communication , poor attitude, and poor service . After tasting and seeing what I was given the drink was ok but also to much flavor in one it was not great so I decided to go back around and kindly asked for the mango pineapple drink . The manager said you ordered that one and I said no that’s not what I asked rudely saying give me the drink I handed him the drink that he should have never taken back and was handed the correct drink with an ignorant remark of next time order the correct drink . Will never go here again , customer is not always right I kindly brought the matter in a respectful approach and was given the most disrespectful treatment a business could give . And thank goodness for reviews to post to make others aware of what you might encounter .

This store has issues with placing the correct items for online orders. Maybe once in a great while the order will be correct. Seriously just read the online orders and put the correct food for the orders. I cannot understand why you would also put stale food in people orders. This store needs prayer

Stopped going to this location a year ago because horrible service. Tried again just now, was told to wait for a moment. They didn’t come back. I left after 3 minutes. No one else was in drive thru line.
