It's a very good dunkin .... And also one member his name hitesh he is a gentleman and careful man..
Stopped going to this location a year ago because horrible service. Tried again just now, was told to wait for a moment. They didn’t come back. I left after 3 minutes. No one else was in drive thru line.

I had the weirdest experience here, I pulled up in the drive through pretty early and asked for half a dozen glazed donuts the employee proceeded to breathe heavily into his headset and take 6 full seconds to respond to anything I said panting almost the whole time. I know that doesn’t sound like a long time but believe me it was, I also only got 5 donuts but was charged for 6.
Coffee was good. Breakfast sandwichs are not so good. Egg, cheese, and bacon English muffin was soft and mushy. Hashbrowns weren't hot and not crisp. Bacon egg cheese croissant was smashed pretty flat, and there was a black piece of forien matter in it about the size of a nickel. Tossed it. Never going back.

Ordered 6 doughnuts and only got 2 of the 6 I asked for. Wasn’t notified they were out. I’ve never gotten an entire order completely right from this place. One thing I’m impressed with is how bad the service is. And this is every location I’ve been to.

I am from another state I am in town once a month. Ordered an ice coffee they asked cream and sugar I said yes. They put granulated sugar in the iced coffee instead of liquid sugar. It’s gross to take a sip of grit. I went in and asked for if they could make it with liquid sugar since it’s iced coffee the older lady basically went off on me. Saying you didn’t ask for you don’t get it. I explained I am from another state and they automatically use the liquid sugar she continued to be combative. I told her I will ask for liquid and she just kept on. The young man who remade the coffee was sweet. I feel bad he has to work with her. But it should be common sense an iced drink should get liquid sugar. Granulated sugar does not dissolve in cold drinks. I can tell there apparently has been a change in management and it needs to change again. I was just here a month ago and got liquid sugar without asking.

This store was bought out... Since the new people have taken over they have NO idea what they are doing! I stop in 6-10 times a month and EACH time I have stopped there is always something they do not know! The 1st time the guy could not get my card to work. I had to tell him to tap it and it would work... The 2nd time couldn't get the scanner to work to do my points. I had to tell them how they used to do it..... today they scanned my rewards (free drink) and then scanned it again and said this coupon was already used.... If there is an issue ALL 4 employees come rushing! They are a JOKE! Bring back the old employees and management!

This used to be a great dunkin. Now the service is slow, the workers are rude, waits are long, and they're always out of donuts. Go somewhere else. Strong do not reccomend.

I ordered a large cold brew and they tried to give me a medium. When I told them it was wrong they took it back to "make a new one" but instead dumped the medium into the large cup and just added a ton of ice to fill it. And the medium cold brew has the syrup and sweetener meant for a large so it's way too sweet.

It is way too hot in this store! The owner needs to get the air conditioning/heater fixed! These are inhumane conditions to have these workers in! While waiting on my order I got so overheated I started shake! The employees may not be able to say anything for fear of losing their jobs, but if I end up in the hospital I will Sue him. Overall the staff is great. They get my order for me every morning. And they do not deserve to be treated like this. Nobody does. Fix this Sir before it gets bad for you!!

Ordered a mobile order. They were out of donuts and could not offer a refund. Told me I would have to take it up with customer service. The hashbrowns were terrible. Not even remotely fresh. The breakfast empanada was ok for the price. They had forgotten the skewer of donut holes I ordered so I also had to drive back to retrieve them. Just go to another location this one is not it.

I ordered two sandwiches at the drive up that were shown on the menu board to be $3 each - actually stating in the order that I wanted two of the $3 sandwiches to go along with my two frozen coffee drinks. When I checked the receipt as I drove away I discovered that in fact I was charged $4.98 for each sandwich. Thus resulting in an overcharge of $1.98 for each of the two sandwiches or just short of $4. I am not happy about this especially after being so precise in my placing of the order.
