Very rude employees. The employee misheard my order, then blamed me for it being incorrect. He didn't hear my order correctly then argued with me instead of just offering to immediately fix it. I wont be back to this location.

This Dunkin takes the win over all other Dunkin’s in Fort Wayne. Called multiple locations and this one was the only one friendly and helpful. Placed my order for a party and picked them up with no issues. Ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Store was clean and employees were very nice. They even gave a few extra donuts as a happy birthday which was a nice surprise for my twins. If you are looking for a good Dunkin, this is the only acceptable one I’ve found in our area.

I love the new management at this Dunkin. My sister and I almost everyday and have created a friendship with the workers. They are some of the nicest customer service people I have ever delt with. They are the only Dunkin workers who know how to make my drink correctly and I will always come back to them.

Very rude. Never been to a Dunkin before so I asked a question about a special they had and the lady rolled her eyes and gave alot of addutude. I tried to give her alot of grace and was very kind but nothing worked.

TERRIBLE. staff were extremely impatient and rude. My drink spilled on the ground, and asked if it was possible to have it replaced as i had just ordered it. They refused to, and then handed me a broom and mop to clean it up. I mopped up the mess, and as we were leaving they STOPPED US and told us to sweep up the remaining ice. As somebody who works in customer service, never would i make the customer mop and sweep the floor, seeing as that’s literally in my job description to take care of the lobby. Once again the staff had NO patience and had no sense of customer service etiquette. first and last time going to this specific dunkin !!! that was actually disgusting

The very rude non American worker was aweful to deal with. My order was missing toppings and was told to come back and i did and he yelled at me in the drive-thru and said he was only fixing one when indeed he knew 2 was missing toppings and was so rude he made my child in the backseat cry so i pulled off. NEVER going back again and definitely recommend go when hes not there! he will not correct his mistake and will be very rude!
