This morning I placed a mobile order. I waited about 15 minutes. I normally don’t go up and demand my order because I assumed they would set it out on the trays labeled “MOBILE ORDER” I had to ask for my order because they didn’t set it on the mobile order trays. That’s what it’s there for, why don’t you use it?

My god what has happened to this locations walked in at 2pm. Two middle eastern men working inside and spoke little to no English and did not understand a word I was saying. Can anyone confirm if this location is under now ownership?

I walk in and there's debris all on the floor, multiple different places around the lobby. I was sitting in the lobby for about 2 hours, and near the time I was leaving was when one of the employees finally started cleaning it up. They also didn't greet me when I came in, there was no interaction whatsoever. I got one of the energy drink mixtures, the flavor was good but it was flat. I also got hashbrowns and a wrap. The hasbrowns were literally still frozen. I went up and told one of them, I did get a new one and they were better. And the wrap was good but it was half warm and half cold. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. All the while I was there multiple people from the drive through came in because they messed up their orders too.

Terrible business(The Hari Group). Licensed location(not even owned by corporate), management treats you very poorly, lies about the wage you are making and then refuses to show paystubs. The new staff were “handpicked” by the District Manager, after she fired 20+ employees including the store manager and assistant manager for no reason. Management breaks child labor laws left and right, health codes broken as well. If you or someone you know is looking for employment, this is not the place! I warn everyone to boycott all in Fort Wayne. The business owner is from Illinois and has multiple lawsuits filed against them and they are not even BBB certified! District Manager is Alé Cummins, and her boss is Yogesh(Yogi) Patel. (He is also the entirety of the HR department, didn’t know that was proper business.) Additionally the VP of Operations for the Dunkin’ Brands for the Hari Group is Vinay Raju. Shame on all three for poor business practices.

Most of these employees DON'T speak English, which means they get your order wrong. He couldn't even understand what donuts I wanted, I had to keep going over to point, and then he would still look confused. They overcharged me, so I had to keep correcting that as well. They made my drink wrong then didn't want to remake it because he said "no you order" I asked for carmel but he didn't want to give it to me. Then he man- handled my straw with his fingers. If you want to run a business, you need to know how to speak with customers.
SHOULD BE 0 STARS , this dunkin is the worst coffee chain i have ever worked at, AS AN EX BARISTA why would they have workers who dont speak english and don’t understand what im ordering, had to repeat myself OVER 10 TIMES and my drink WAS STILL WRONG!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE 0/10

It's a new location. My 1st visit was terrible. They had my online order but put the sticker on someone else's order I think. I took the drinks back and asked them to remake it (I had only taken 1 drink from it and it was terrible). They were awkward but remade it without an argument. So I got the drink and left. It seems they didn't speak English very much so I don't know if there was a language misunderstanding either. It was just an off putting experience.

The donuts were not fresh and the frosting was all melted off. They were just thrown in the bag. The drink I got wasn’t bad. And the service was good. The ladies were very helpful.
