We went through the drive thru around 6pm. There was maybe 1 guy working taking orders and making drinks. We ordered 2 coffees. My husband watched the guy take a sip of one of them and then put the lid on. The other was over flowing and dripped all over my husbands lap and all over my car. After drinking some of my coffee I had a funny feeling in my throat and chest. It was similar to the sensation of drinking alcohol. I told my husband and he said he was feeling the same thing and he thought it was just him. We ultimately decided not to drink our drinks. A huge waste of money. I’m terribly disappointed and disgusted.

We went here to get donuts for my son's birthday today, only becuase our local donut shop is closed for family time the first two weeks in January. This location had a very poor selection of little variety. The donuts were old, crusty, and flavorless. Even my boys didn't care for them. They need an overhaul of new employees who make FRESH donuts, DAILY, and if they are going to give you old donuts, then they need to be specified as such with a discounted price. It is obvious no care is given to customers and based on the reviews, I am surprised they are still in business. We will not purchase from there again. Don't waste your time. Go to another location or better yet, stick with the local donut shop.

I paid extra for an add-on of a shot of espresso, and my drink is barely more than half full. Of course ai didn’t notice until I was home from the drive thru and took my first small sip. I also received the wrong donut holes.

A lot has changed the last 2-3 years in that area but, not the quality of this particular Dunkin'. I had stopped going there over a year ago and only went today because my daughter works nearby and wanted a drink they have. I eat what my body is able to eat at that moment in time. Dunkin' lis one place I can count on having good food and really good coffee or other drinks. I stopped going to this Dunkin' specifically because of service and quality/ lack of food. I'd order on the app and pickup would be crazy. The gentleman at the window is the owner, he made sure to point that out, he's arrogant and doesn't like to correct mistakes. Worse yet, you order and when you get there he says they are out of what you ordered and he won't refund the money, he offers you other items that cost less than you've paid but he isn't changing his mind- you're getting the cheapest replacement item he can get away with. And, if the item is made wrong, no matter how much you point out that it is wrong and how exactly it is wrong, he pretends to not understand or he puts on an attitude and says your wrong. There is literally a sticker that prints and you can show him over and over and he still won't fix it. If they are out of what you ordered be prepared to eat whatever miscellaneous donut is left, without so much as an apology. If you modified your food and paid extra, he's not apologizing or making it right for you. You paid extra for no ice or less ice, he's filling that cup anyway and telling you that it's less than HE normally uses, even if the straw can't get past the ice and a few sips later your drink is empty. I just won't be going back, my daughters food was wrong, her drink was wrong and we had to pick different donuts all in the same trip. I'll watch the reviews and wait for them to improve and I'll head to any other place over there for now.

Very rude employees. The employee misheard my order, then blamed me for it being incorrect. He didn't hear my order correctly then argued with me instead of just offering to immediately fix it. I wont be back to this location.
Ordered a black coffee got cream, ordered a chai latte tasted like watery flower water, no spice, worst one I have ever gotten there, food was mediocre.

This Dunkin takes the win over all other Dunkin’s in Fort Wayne. Called multiple locations and this one was the only one friendly and helpful. Placed my order for a party and picked them up with no issues. Ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Store was clean and employees were very nice. They even gave a few extra donuts as a happy birthday which was a nice surprise for my twins. If you are looking for a good Dunkin, this is the only acceptable one I’ve found in our area.

I love the new management at this Dunkin. My sister and I almost everyday and have created a friendship with the workers. They are some of the nicest customer service people I have ever delt with. They are the only Dunkin workers who know how to make my drink correctly and I will always come back to them.
