This Dunkin takes the win over all other Dunkin’s in Fort Wayne. Called multiple locations and this one was the only one friendly and helpful. Placed my order for a party and picked them up with no issues. Ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Store was clean and employees were very nice. I love the new management at this Dunkin. My sister and I almost everyday and have created a friendship with the workers. They are some of the nicest customer service people I have ever delt with. They are the only Dunkin workers who know how to make my drink correctly and I will always come back to them.
