Went to Dunkin Donuts last weekend it was horrible my sandwich was still frozen the two Donuts I got my husband were frozen I did call the manager he was very nice his name was Rob I went back in he gave my money back apologized Rob is a very good manager there and he is so stressed out and I understand but he did do right by me and gave me the money back for my food so thank you rob the manager

I walked in there was no line, I stood at the from for 5 minutes and then an employee told my I could use the screen to order. So I looked at the donuts they had and placed my order 20 mins went by and no one had done my order. Then a new customer walked in got helped right away and was served the donuts I had already purchased and then when I brought that up the employee rudely said well then what do you want to do. I will not be back to this establishment

Today I went through the Dunkin drive-through I placed my order for my beverage, The young lady on this speaker said OK anything else?. I said “um” I was getting ready to add food and she cut me off with my total. I sat there at the speaker and was yelling saying I wasn’t done. I did not pull forward. They did not come back on. Their drive-through is in the front of the store so they can see that I’m still sitting there. I did not get to place the rest of my order so I drove off. I called the store and asked to talk to a manager. I was told that there was no manager and that she was the shift lead. I expressed my complaint and she proceeded to argue with me saying that it was miscommunication did nothing to make it right at all. She did sense that I was unhappy and then tells me there is a district manager there if I would like to speak with him. Why wouldn’t she let me speak with the manager to begin with when that’s who I asked for.

Loved this Dunkin. They can’t keep solid management and with every new manager comes changes that overturn all the employees hard work.

Great quick service.
The guy with the greasy long red hair was SO rude. He got mad at us for grabbing our drinks AFTER someone had already placed them on the order pick-up counter and told us that they were ours. He continued making remarks while we were on our way out the door. Not sure what his problem was but this guy has absolutely no business working in costumer service.

Have been coming here less and less because of inconsistencies in my orders. Seems like every time I come to this location and get my order, when I get to work, something is always missing. Now I can understand if they were busy, but I am like one of maybe two cars in the drive thru.
For example, today 10/1/25, ordered on the app. Ordered the filled bagel bites, snacking bacon and two orders of the munchkins, which should have been 6 of them in total. Got to work and there were 4. My math skills suck, but you shorted me 2!
Usually when I order from Dunkin, I have it sent to the location on St. Joe Road, which is out of my way from home and work, because even though that location is busier, they get the order right each time!!

I've been thinking about the guava drink all day. I went to get it and it was discontinued. I got a different refresher that was good but not what I was looking forward to
At this point, it’s best to just go to the pilot where there’s a self serve Duncan. You can make your own drink. At least that way it’s consistent. I order the same exact drink every single weekend and lately it’s hit or miss whether or not it will be right. This location has recently gone downhill.
They forgot about me, as I was standing in their lobby. I was able come into the store and order just a coffee and a few doughnuts. While I was waiting on the doughnuts 5-6 other people came into the lobby and order drinks, food and doughnuts and all had their orders completed long before they noticed that I was still standing there waiting. I understand that mornings are busy but seriously I think that was pretty ridiculous.
