I ordered my coffee on the app at 7:30 A.M. and when i got to the store, it was not even open. It clearly says on the door that it opens at 7 A.M. Went back an hour later, there was still no one there. last time i go to this location

I tend to go to the library quite often and I always pop in to grab a bit. They're friendly but every time I come in hoping that it will be different, they are talking about very inappropriate things. I've stood there multiple times waiting to be served (and I was the only person in line!) for probably 10 minutes. Also the cleanliness behind the counter is disgusting.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and my drinks are always made well. The location isn't terribly convenient, but it's still a great option for coffee when I am out and about.

it is a small Dunkin' shop attached to the library. usually only one person working so service can be slow. The tables are usually in need of cleaning. I usually get a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich here. The selections are pretty thin by the end of the day.

I've been coming into this Dunkin's a couple of times a week for several months now. It's easily the best service in the Fort Wayne area. The only downsides I've found is occasionally they run out of flavors and in the busiest times the tables/store might be a little cluttered from messy clients. Still it's my first choice for Dunkin in the area!
