very disappointed. I walked in and ordered two coffees with my boyfriend from the kiosk. I typed in what I order every time. I do add a few things to my drinks, but ive worked at similar franchises and never had this problem. the employees here should be able to read the sticker and provide the exact thing I asked for. The first time they called out the drink, it was missing cookie butter cold foam, I hate confrontation, and normally refuse to say anything but I paid $7 for a coffee, id like to get what I paid for. I mentioned it to an employee, and she put regular cold foam on it. once again, not what I asked or paid for. then I got frustrated and took the drink anyway. after a minute or so my boyfriend went back up and had it remade. they then made me a cookie butter cloud latte, with the cookie crumbles on top. once again. not what I asked for. I order my drink (a dunkalatte) so I specifically don't have to deal with soggy cookie at the bottom of my drink. overall, im very upset and disappointed in the service here. I come through the drive thru at least 3x a week and have never had a problem, until coming inside. if I were you, id recommend not coming inside, and just go to the drive thru. they clearly prioritize their to go customers over their dine in customers.

The service here is always absolutely fantastic. Whenever I come through the drive thru it is fast and I always receive my order that I put in. I will say that for some reason I can never get the black tea here. I am not sure if whenever I order it I just have bad timing or what not. They do make a really good cup of hot chocolate. The doughnuts are always very good as well. My partner can't get enough of the loaded hash browns. I am not a big fan of the food but that is my personal experience, kind of tastes chemically. I am not sure if it is the food itself or if it is a byproduct of the cleaning solution they use. The drinks, coffee and others, are always very good. They are always mixed well and usually taste consistent. Overall a pleasant experience where the staff is quick, friendly and great at what they do. Highly recommend if you have not had dunkin or if you want to switch locations for what ever reason you might have.

Went thru the drive thru because the inside was closed for some reason at 12:40 pm in the afternoon and the customer service was horrible and the the lady on the speaker was very rude when I asked which donuts they had because they were not on the screen all I’m saying is if you don’t like your job please find a different employment because being rude to a potential paying customer is not the way I’ll never come to location again and even though I’m just one person the treatment was still horrible

Always order through the drive-thru so, I don't know the atmosphere, but intercom works great and they haveva screen sobyou can verify your order. Very friendly, never a line the times I've been there (Sunday mornings after 10) They have a new $6 breakfast meal deal. Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with hashbrowns, and a medium coffee. Good eat, good deal.
We pulled up and tried to order 2 strawberry donuts The guy tells us that they only have vanilla and chocolate left so I tell him give me two vanilla ones and then he comes and tells me that there’s only one and then I ordered two lemonades and he gives the lemonades to us and it’s just water with lemon in it The donut was stale and charge us nine dollars I asked why is it so expensive he said i don’t know I gave you a senior citizen discount and close the door very rude I never got a receipt. There’s no reason or excuse for a donut to be stale coming from store.

2 days in a row i’ve been done dirty by this Dunkin, yesterday i mobile ordered a hot macchiato and the line was so long that by the time i got to the window my drink was ice cold and i know the worker felt how ice cold that cup was but didn’t think to at least warm it up for me. Today i ordered the same thing and luckily there was no line but my drink was absolutely disgusting, like they didn’t follow the add ons i put which was simply almondmilk and butter pecan syrup. Never going to this Dunkin again.
