Very friendly, never a line the times I've been there (Sunday mornings after 10) They have a new $6 breakfast meal deal. Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with hashbrowns, and a medium coffee. Good eat, good deal.
We pulled up and tried to order 2 strawberry donuts The guy tells us that they only have vanilla and chocolate left so I tell him give me two vanilla ones and then he comes and tells me that there’s only one and then I ordered two lemonades and he gives the lemonades to us and it’s just water with lemon in it The donut was stale and charge us nine dollars I asked why is it so expensive he said i don’t know I gave you a senior citizen discount and close the door very rude I never got a receipt. There’s no reason or excuse for a donut to be stale coming from store.

2 days in a row i’ve been done dirty by this Dunkin, yesterday i mobile ordered a hot macchiato and the line was so long that by the time i got to the window my drink was ice cold and i know the worker felt how ice cold that cup was but didn’t think to at least warm it up for me. Today i ordered the same thing and luckily there was no line but my drink was absolutely disgusting, like they didn’t follow the add ons i put which was simply almondmilk and butter pecan syrup. Never going to this Dunkin again.

The bagel was so chewy it was not edible. The put egg in the sandwich that wasn't supposed to have egg on it. And the flavor was just garbage. Don't waist your money going to Dunkin for anything.

I hate this Dunkin’ Donuts. They never get shit right and my coffee is wrong almost All the time. The food that comes out of that store is disgusting. And they are rude almost every time. If I could give this Dunkin’ a zero star I would. I don’t recommend coming to this one.

Savanna and her crew are superstars Let me just say I live closer to the one on Coldwater and whoever took over that store needs to learn customer service truly coming to the drive-through window and constantly hearing and and and OMG I contacted Savanna because I couldn’t get a hold of the owner at that store on Coldwater and let me tell you Savanna not only replaced my order which mine she didn’t have to, but also provided me with her personal cell phone number to make sure that it was replaced I was able to pick up my order and it was made with love and she even reached out to me later to make sure that it was made well. Whoever hired her did a spectacular job please keep her. She cares about her customers. She has a caring heart and she’s phenomenal Savanna. You are a rockstar. And I honestly could see you owning quite a few of these Dunkin’ Donuts please feel free to take over the one on Coldwater

Worst store. The service is soooo sooo sooo bad. I got a hot coffee a small one and it was soo cold and I asked to make another which again was sooo sooo cold and bad. Worst customer service as the kids inside the store have so much attitude and mind you they go by your color. So shame on you! Worst service , will never come back.

I came in for a pick me up of a frozen coffee and some donuts for my coworkers and these guys were nothing short of awesome. They had no idea how bad of a day I have been having and they have no idea how much brighter they made my day. Hope you liked the silly lil dance ?
