Ordered a mocha frappaccino, got a frozen coffee that tasted much less than anticipated. Maybe different locations prepare drinks differently? Drive-thru customer service was great.

How is dunkin even a thing anymore, cold doughnuts, filling tasted faker then the people working there, let's not forget getting boston cream and Bavarian cream two totally different fillings, but let's use vanilla flavor in both and say thier different, would never recommend and will never go back

Came here on a Saturday morning. The place was clearly understaffed, but everyone working was so rude. Kiosk to order wasn’t working and the staff was clearly annoyed having to take our order. Almost no donuts left. Annoyed we ordered a milkshake. Which by the way, they never have even the staple ice cream flavors. Clearly poorly run. Wasn’t clean.

I went this morning to treat my 2 kids with a breakfast, mind you was only 2 breakfast wraps , 2 hash browns ,2 drinks and Ice coffee First the girl taking order seem to be in a rush when taking my order but did not bother me , then proceeded to check out and was sent to the front to wait for the food, after 10+ minutes came inside demanding for my order because every car in the line was leaving , well inside was a whole new story, my order bag was placed somewhere and with missing items, tríed to talk with manager and she shushed me and mumbled I don’t have time without any eye contact, she was just plain rude , one girl tried to be nice but the other ones were so rude . still had missing items when I went back to the car …and they were not short staff at least I counted 5 chicks inside

I doordash & Dunkin is always horrible, they don't greet you no matter how long you stand there, if you say something to them they are mad or ignore you & the orders take forever. Outside of the shorter, younger, dark haired girl with short hair, she kicks butt.
Today I went in to pick up an order, I stood for 4 or 5 min with no one acknowledging me. The guy that finally did told me he would check on the order. He came back & said another Dasher had picked it up & apparently didn't deliver it. I went thru the steps on door dash & told him to replace the order, I would pay with my red card. He said ok, as soon as the register is free he would ring me up. When the register was free I stood in front of it for another 3 min or so with people walking passed no one said anything. Went back to the guy (2 ft away & could see me at the register) & asked how much longer. He told me it hasn't been started yet because it hasn't been rang up at the register yet. I unassigned the order but the thing is, this makes the customers give me a bad rating & since it's no fault of my own I think I'll pass it on to you guys.
Seriously, get your crap together. I dash at hundreds of restaurants & yours is the ONLY one that is ALWAYS an issue, never worth the pay of the Dasher (this order I was being paid $3 because it was supposed to be a quick pick up & drop off. I spent over 25+ min there today & never got the food.

Most unpleasant experience in a drive thru ever. Unprofessional and rude. Won’t be coming back.
The food and drinks are great but a full quarter of my drink was empty. I also asked for less ice and my drink came with more ice instead of the normal amount. They didn’t add the foam on my drink either. Waiting time was REALLY long too. I’m very disappointed especially since i’m a regular customer.
