The breakfast sandwich was the worst I've ever had. The coffee was fine & my coworker said the donut was typical for the chain. The inside of the restaurant needs updates/repairs. The ceiling has water damage in places and the cushions on the booths are shot.

place is great on certain occasions.. but today was not! we were in the drive thru for a couple of seconds and my sister had ordered what she wanted, then the women proceeded to ask over and over anything else without even letting my sister speak. when we pulled up to the drive thru (without knowing our total before hand) she opened the window after about 5 minutes and had my sister pay for the first order, for the second order i just had to grab a couple of more cents and the lady was rushing us like no other with no one behind us!!

Ordered an iced mocha latte and snackin’bacon and was handed some sort of green colored drink and almost cold bacon. When asked to fix the drink they dumped out the cup and remade the ordered drink in the same cup.

The donuts were too stiff to be fresh. Sticking together stiff. Looked like a dog toy. Powder was on the chocolate donut. And the cashier was wiping it off with her finger. No gloves on. I was getting them for work. I drove 20 minutes out of town because our Tom’s donuts lady is never there. We need a crispy creams like Cali has.

This location has improved dramatically in last few months. Seems like entire crew was replaced. New employees are very polite, and professional. Only Dunkin in town I go to.

If I could leave no stars I would. I decided to stop at Dunkin because I hardly have ever been there. I had some questions about ordering coffee and the lady was rude and not helpful at all. Then after being rushed to order, I decided at window I wanted a bagel with cream cheese. She handed me a bagel with over a entire block of cream cheese so much there is no way anyone could eat it. I asked for it to be remade got my bagel and I have since been throwing up. Either cream cheese was bad or food is expired! Terrible service and terrible coffee. I will be contacting corporate for a full refund!! Get it together DUNKIN ON COLDWATER RD!!

I’ve given Dunkin’ Donuts more than enough chances, but after visiting four times, I’m done. Every time I go, the coffee is either made wrong or tastes awful. It seems like no one understands how to properly take my order, even when I try to explain it clearly. To make matters worse, I’ve wasted points multiple times on bad coffee that I couldn’t even drink.
I’m extremely disappointed with the quality and service. It feels like no one cares about getting things right, and I won’t be wasting any more time or money
