Horrible service, kept asking if we were ready and we weren’t even there for 2 minutes and then was whispering about us and then said we needed to hurry up cause there was a car behind us. If I could have left no star I would have.

My coffee was lukewarm warm at best, didn’t taste like peppermint or mocha, it was filled to roughly the size of a small. The donut’s tasted oaky but not fresh. I drank and ate what I got so it didn’t feel like I wasted almost $9.

Wish I could leave 0. I made a small mistake on the kiosk, and was charged twice what I should have been. Upon bringing it up, the manager went INSTANTLY into arguing with me.
This was as easy as re-ringing the order up and charging me the correct price, but this guy chose to argue, tell me I’m wrong, and let me walk out despite the discrepancy.
Now Dunkin customer service chat line more than made up for it, and I appreciate the company for making it right, but that behavior toward a customer who was not in the wrong, should be unacceptable.
I wasn’t asking for free food. I wasn’t asking for any discount. Simply to be charged the correct amount because there was a mistake with the kiosk.
There’s 2 other Dunkin’s in the area, save yourself the headache.

Only ok. At $13.99 a dozen these should be far better than they are. No church discount, no teacher discount. I don’t expect discounts necessarily, but when the cost is twice what the food is worth, they should do something. Won’t be back.

It's like stepping into the 3rd world here. Using deodorant and taking showers is illegal for the people who work here. Avoid at all costs!

My credit card once again is being used from this store while I'm living in a different state! July 6th 11:11 am et 25.24 Owner knows about this problem but it's still a problem. Tell your employee each time they use our EXPIRED card we get an email from the credit card company If you use this store only use cash!°°°

Beware! They stole my credit card number...I called to talk to the manager or owner never called me back. 2 years later they are STILL trying to use my expired card. My credit card company emails me each time they try. I have the days and exact times and totals, and the owner or manager would rather have a thief working for them than to get rid of the guy trying to use a stolen credit card...that my credit card company said most likely was saved in their cash register. You go here only use cash! Not only that...Dunkin corporate even asked the owner to contact me which they never did. We will NEVER go here again!
