Everytime I come 1. There is rarely ever any donuts made and if there is it’s the oddest selection & 2. The girls working are just so rude and disrespectful. I’ve tried time and time again to give the benefit of the doubt and each time I am reminded why I would rather go to the one alllll the way out north instead of right by my house.

Absolute horrible service. For 5 Saturdays straight I've tried to get my son and his football team football donuts. The first 2 Saturdays I was told they will have them next weekend. The next Saturday I was told they would have them the next week but should call ahead of time to pre-order them. So my wife called last Friday evening to order Saturday and we were told they are not in season until March..... basketball season. Went in Saturday was told to preorder again so we did for 7:30 am today. Go this morning and they won't be ready until noon. Get different donuts today and the whole order is wrong. Very poorly ran store.

I would give it zero stars if it were an option. My husband special ordered decorated donuts, NFL themed. They were to be pre-paid. He picked them up today and they were hideous! Sloppy, not even close to anything NFL and I didn't know what team was supposed to be mine. Lol...The donuts were also dry, flavorless and just gross. DO NOT TRY THIS SERVICE AT THIS PARTICULAR ESTABLISHMENT!! Save your money and buy gas station donuts. So disappointed in the low quality, zero effort put into this. Excitement turned to never-again immediately. 🖤🙄

I got to wear my coffee this morning! Cause whoever handed it to me didn't make sure the lid was on! So when I went to get it out of the cup holder the cup folded filling my croch with coffee and creamer. Thanks for the wonderful start to my day

This place is actually gross. I have never in my life written a review, especially for a fast food establishment. The management is beyond rude and the workers. They charged us for a water, then didn’t give it to us and told us we had to pay another $1.08 for a water… after we JUST ORDERED AND BOUGHT A $25 ORDER… save yourself and go somewhere else. An entire place of losers 😂😂

This is the worst Dunkin’ doughnuts we have ever experienced - and it’s becoming infamous for its poor customer service. The drive through girl on 03/21 at 1030 am was the rudest individual we’ve ever experienced along with her little friends who quickly became as demeaning to my daughter. We will ensure to pass this along to everyone we know - Good luck to this location in the future

Terrible customer service! I ordered a hot chocolate thru the drive thru last week. It was very watery, made a quick turnaround and ask for another drink, same problem. Found out today when I ordered again (I paid for this drink) that they make their hot chocolate with water. You have to ask if you want milk. When I address the service, the conversation went downhill. I asked for the district’s mgr name and phone number, was told they would reach out to me. I left my info. Abigail, (see pic), would not give me her name but it was on my receipt, said she was a manager. This is the only DD that I’ve had hot chocolate from that tasted like water!!

Thisbis the 2nd time I went in this specific store and was asked to pick differnt donuts. Just so they can save that kind for later if someone else wants it! If I'm paying my money I should be able to pick whats available. On top of that it's the same lady who did this to me the last time. O will take my money somewhere else

My wife goes here everyday and it’s quite frustrating honestly, because this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money. My wife orders the same thing every time. Today after giving her order the person at the drive through, after saying come around to the window said “Man this woman really gets on my nerves” through the speaker box!!….for what? Asking you to make a coffee a certain way? That is all my wife has ever done. Isn’t that the whole point of your job and the reason we give you our money? Besides this situation, on days when they aren’t trashing their customers they can’t make a coffee correctly anyway. DD is awesome this place ruins their reputation. Save your money and go to a different location.

Sat morning 10:30 AM worst customer service experience. Manager was very unprofessional and couldn’t even take a simple order. Having a person like that running your business shouldn’t be in management arguing with customers. Listening skills should be required if you’re in management. Common sense. And hospitality. Never been treated so bad

Ordered at counter on Sunday 10/20 at 10am started to place an order for a dozen donuts, started with 8 chocolate sprinkled but was stopped at that point, the person behind the counter refused to sell 8 because they didn't want to run out and wanted them for other customers. I could see at least one other tray of the sprinkled donuts at the time of order. Asked for her managers name and she said she was the general manager Abby, I asked for her boss's name and she did not know it or would not provide any contact info for them. I contacted another store about my complaint, they said they would have someone contact me, still no contact from a district manager.
