Thisbis the 2nd time I went in this specific store and was asked to pick differnt donuts. Just so they can save that kind for later if someone else wants it! If I'm paying my money I should be able to pick whats available. On top of that it's the same lady who did this to me the last time. O will take my money somewhere else

My wife goes here everyday and it’s quite frustrating honestly, because this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned money. My wife orders the same thing every time. Today after giving her order the person at the drive through, after saying come around to the window said “Man this woman really gets on my nerves” through the speaker box!!….for what? Asking you to make a coffee a certain way? That is all my wife has ever done. Isn’t that the whole point of your job and the reason we give you our money? Besides this situation, on days when they aren’t trashing their customers they can’t make a coffee correctly anyway. DD is awesome this place ruins their reputation. Save your money and go to a different location.

Sat morning 10:30 AM worst customer service experience. Manager was very unprofessional and couldn’t even take a simple order. Having a person like that running your business shouldn’t be in management arguing with customers. Listening skills should be required if you’re in management. Common sense. And hospitality. Never been treated so bad

Ordered at counter on Sunday 10/20 at 10am started to place an order for a dozen donuts, started with 8 chocolate sprinkled but was stopped at that point, the person behind the counter refused to sell 8 because they didn't want to run out and wanted them for other customers. I could see at least one other tray of the sprinkled donuts at the time of order. Asked for her managers name and she said she was the general manager Abby, I asked for her boss's name and she did not know it or would not provide any contact info for them. I contacted another store about my complaint, they said they would have someone contact me, still no contact from a district manager.

I never leave bad reviews but my experience was awful. Only car in the drive through and the girl taking our order was rushing us and interrupting when I was trying to explain how I wanted my drink made. This led to my drink being wrong. I nicely asked for it to be corrected and the girl was visibly irritated and simply lied. One of our food items was missing and another food item was incorrect. I understand mistakes happen, but it's obvious this girl simply did not care. I've been to this location a few other times and customer service hasn't been the greatest but this experience was just plain horrendous.

I would give zero star if I could. Very very bad customer service. The young lady who was taking my order had a weird attitude toward me. It must be very hard for her to serve someone with accent. I do not recommend and would never go back there again.

One person working and she did amazing ? but they really need to stop freaking working mfs to death damn near and hire ppl with actual freaking wages bc it's ridiculous for her to have 5 ppl damn near nonstop all on her so her 5 stars dunkin doughnuts other hand heavy 1 star she needs a damn raise and some help

I had ordered food and the lady at the counter did not give me receipt. Was waiting for my order and one of the items was not received. As I questioned. They said that I had not ordered. I stated that I had ordered and they asked me to show the receipt when I stated that the cashier had taken the receipt with her. Then to prove it, they came to my table and slapped a receipt that was not even mine. So I took the receipt back to them and then they said I was rude, and I should be nice because the girl heard my concern. Then I ordered my item and she left the counter right after I ordered without even taking the payment since I was also buying a drink that I could not buy because she left the counter. I Will never ever go to this and will encourage people to go there

The staff gave us bacon and egg whites while I asked for regular egg and cheese. They gave it to us without a tray and then when I went back to exchange it the staff was rude and short and asked for me to pay again. They then asked for the old egg whites back which according to the health department, they are not supposed to.

Avoid this place at all costs! What a terrible experience. I stopped by this morning around 8:30 to buy a dozen donuts, only to be told by a female employee that they couldn't sell me that many because they didn't have enough. When I asked if they were completely out of donuts, she said no, but they needed to make them last until 7 PM. Frustrated, I left and drove 10 minutes to Rise and Roll to get my donuts.Later, I called the store to understand how a donut shop branded as "Donuts" could run out so early in the day. The same person who was at the drive-thru answered and mentioned she was too busy to deal with complaints. How can you be busy if you don't have any donuts, I wondered. She explained that they're a small store and can't make too many at once, so they have to last until their next batch at 7 PM.But here's the thing: if they had more donuts, they would sell them! It's like going to Starbucks and being told they're out of coffee. They need to replace the store manager with someone who can manage inventory better. They're not just losing customers; they're damaging the reputation of Dunkin' Donuts.
