I ordered here on my lunch break n order was made wrong then couldn’t call to talk to somebody & phone number on google and recipe are different and do not work they know what they doing and at this point there stealing money. Why I can’t confront nobody about my food I literally waited for my whole break. End result still hungry and working on a empty stomach got me beyond pissed

Today we came as usual to get some piping Boba drink! And the owner was there for the first time I met her! The way she addressed and explained my need for my kid was so rude and disrespectful!

I went I here with my buddy the other day, me and my buddy were waiting after a man grown cutter us but no big deal but we were waited and the cashier yelled hey what are you waited for are you gonna order something very rudely so we went up and ask for what we ordered and it took like 25 minutes to make a hotdog loaded fries and some cheese curds and after we got our food I nicely after she was clearly rude to us I said thank you ma’am and she look at me and said nothing I went to put sauce on my hotdog and said thank you for the food again didn’t even say a word quick reminder me and my buddy are both 14 so to act like this infront of a child is rude and immature if you see a cashier with short hair wearing a blue collar shirt be quick and try your best to not cuss her out and enjoy your damn food. And trust me on this one GET THE GLIZZY AND THR LOADED FRIES BOTH 10/10 it was amazing but make sure to be patient to the cashier because she’s not herself

Food is decent for a mall food court vendor, but the service was pretty poor. Cashier was pretty short with me and didn't even return a "Thank you", but instead an "mhmm" when I thanked her for my order.

This isn't really a review so much as props to the flexible employee behind the counter. They don't have root beer floats on their menu, but they have ice cream and root beer. My 7 year old daughter asked for a float, and he happily agreed. He charged a bit more than for a soft drink and a bit less than for a shake... So pretty much perfect. Props to the good employees everywhere, but specifically to this guy today!
Everything was good till I got home saw they completely messed up my Order tired to call them to see what can be done guess what sent to voicemail 20 times and today I try calling it says numbers
