This isn't really a review so much as props to the flexible employee behind the counter. They don't have root beer floats on their menu, but they have ice cream and root beer. My 7 year old daughter asked for a float, and he happily agreed. He charged a bit more than for a soft drink and a bit less than for a shake... So pretty much perfect. Props to the good employees everywhere, but specifically to this guy today!
I have eaten here a handful of times. The food tastes wonderful and have never had a cold french fry. Food is made to order. With all the positives, you have to remember that this place is in a food court in a mall. It is loud. There is a of distractions for the younger employees because there friends are constantly approaching to talk or hang out.
I got a smoothie and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was made nicely and was one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had. They make the milkshakes and smoothies out in the open so you can see them working hard to make everything. Once i started eating, i couldn't stop.
Kid-friendliness: They had customers ahead of us that were literal children and yet they treated them like any other customer.
