Service here is always terrible. The same waitress that's been there forever and she's always so rude. Their one saving grace was the delicious red sauce they USE to serve with the green. They have since switched over to a black one. They claim it's extra roasted. I know what roasted tastes like and that's not it. It was horrible. Will never be back in.

This restaurant deserves more business than what it gets. Every meal I've had here has been stellar. They have a birria quesas recipe that is better than 50 years old.

They are friendly, consistent, and constantly CLEANING. The owner himself wipes down chairs, booths, and tables. They really take pride in their restaurant.

Mexican music accompanies the food which is welcome.

The wait for the food isn't long at all, and the prices are reasonable.

We have been coming here for quite some time now. We bring our friends just to get them hooked on the birria quesas.

You owe it to yourself to come here.

Small Mexican restaurant with partial bar service (beer and a few cocktails) and a good menu. Cash & credit card payments accepted.

Unassuming Mexican restaurant in a small strip mall. I was resigned to giving it a 3 star rating as a whole, especially since they charge for chips & salsa - a criminal act in my opinion. Seriously, raise the prices of your menu items if necessary to cover the cost of the chips!

However, I was too hasty in my judgment. The Paloma is very respectable and refreshing, rimmed with salt/chili for extra flavor. Their house salsa is bland and tasteless but they provide both red and green sauces that pack more flavor (green is more sour and the red is more spicy). They also benefit from being the only place I've been here in town so far that offers tortas, and I have been craving me a torta for a LONG time.

Their carnitas torta did NOT disappoint. Toasted bread - as in the whole sandwich is a little squished from a panini-type grill. Inside is plenty of lettuce, some tomato, onion, even a wedge of avocado or two, in addition to the carnitas itself. They do the carnitas right - a slight crisp to the outside but tender when you bite into it. Really good flavor.

I went ahead and ordered chips and they were fine and complimented the two speciality sauces very well, in addition to being helpful mopping up the droppings from the sandwich.

Two big screen TVs so you can watch the game. Mexican music playing. Unassuming but they deliver on the food. Definitely recommended especially if you're craving a torta!

Vegetarian options: Rice & beans. Chips & salsa. I'm sure you can order other things without meat.

Dietary restrictions: Inquire carefully.

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Depending on the server you can have an array of experiences here. From biting into glass that’s in your chimichanga but not even being mad cuz it tasted so good, maybe you’ll get the best authentic tacos in Fort Wayne, or maybe you’ll spend $50 on a to go order & the waitress will forget to give you 1/3 of it so by the time you do get your food and are able to eat it, it wont be hot enough to burn your mouth and was just soggy enough you didn’t have to chew much, how thoughtful of her… :( Never know what to get and that’s the exciting part I suppose. Will it be worth the money or not? Will it be a corn or flour tortilla, maybe you choose maybe they do? Just depends on who serves you. Might just be a little too much excitement & risk for me the older I’m getting. Was really hoping for a cozy taco night at home the wife tonight and was left with luke warm soggy flour disappointment :(

One of the best Mexican restuarants in Fort Wayne. Great Food, great prices, friendly staff! The best dishes are the Tortas and Burritos, I also like the more laid back, less "loud" atmosphere compared to similar places.
