Something that is probably not in Jess does not have control over, but the bathrooms definitely need to be remodeled

I ordered food for drive-through and the food was ready by the time listed. It was very easy to order from the app. Prices are good given this economy. The food itself I would say is mid unfortunately. It seemed like it was very salty. Overall, if you're craving fast food pasta, it's not a bad thing to actually try if you want fast food Italian. I think they still give you unlimited breadsticks if you order in. You only get two when you get it carry out.

Baked pasta dishes were delicious. All of the employees were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant is getting a little tired in the interior. Employees were a little behind in cleaning up tables but caught up quickly while interacting courteously with the customers. Always love the breadsticks, so glad we decided to eat there that night.

Despite some of the construction going on in the area, I still think it's worth coming out to this Fazoli's. I got my food from the drive-thru today and I would say service was prompt, the food was great, and cashier Jess was really nice. I appreciate the great customer service! 👍
