My most recent experience was awful. I ordered the Classic Lasagna roll (at the drive through), but when I sat down to eat it at home I discovered that it was nearly inedible. The pasta was tough and could not be cut with the plastic utensils provided. Likely overcooked. Unfortunately, it also was covered in mushrooms, which I did not realize when I ordered it. To be fair, it may have been listed in the menu description. If so , I missed that. (I don’t think I have ever had lasagna that had mushrooms in it.) So my $$ inedible dinner went into the disposal. Money down the drain.

I didn't get the name of the kid that was working the drive thru tonight, but he was amazing. I always feel bad when I order 2 dozen breadsticks, but he was polite, cheerful, and upbeat through the entire interaction. High five!
My experience at this Fazoli's was phenomenal! The food always comes out in a timely manner, the flavors and portion sizes are consistent, and I have never had a poor experience with any of the staff! An employee named Hannah specifically went above and beyond in ensuring my time dining here was as comfortable and convenient as possible! She did a wonderful job with checking in and keeping my table stocked with breadsticks. Overall, I can guarantee any person who has the pleasure of dining here will have an amazing time!
