My experience at this Fazoli's was phenomenal! The food always comes out in a timely manner, the flavors and portion sizes are consistent, and I have never had a poor experience with any of the staff! An employee named Hannah specifically went above and beyond in ensuring my time dining here was as comfortable and convenient as possible! She did a wonderful job with checking in and keeping my table stocked with breadsticks. Overall, I can guarantee any person who has the pleasure of dining here will have an amazing time!

I placed an order online and it was fairly simple, and I had no problems. I had the loaded baked spaghetti, and it was pretty good. The pizza was pretty generic, kind of like a frozen pizza. I would say the breadsticks were the best. The only real negative I have to comment on was the service. I went through the drive-thru and the lady already sounded annoyed. I said I had an online order and told me to pull around. I got to the window, and she didn't say anything, just handed me my food. I said thank you and she didn't say anything back, just shut the window.
Service was great! Sharon was very polite and greeted us with a smile. Will be coming back.
