I didn't get the name of the kid that was working the drive thru tonight, but he was amazing. I always feel bad when I order 2 dozen breadsticks, but he was polite, cheerful, and upbeat through the entire interaction. High five!
My experience at this Fazoli's was phenomenal! The food always comes out in a timely manner, the flavors and portion sizes are consistent, and I have never had a poor experience with any of the staff! An employee named Hannah specifically went above and beyond in ensuring my time dining here was as comfortable and convenient as possible!
