Firefly Coffee House

Starting with surface level stuff, the atmosphere is great. Lot of art made by local artist that you can look at and some you can purchase! The murals are really pretty too, 10/10 to the person who did it.

Down to brass tax, the service is questionable. Was asked for our name and given a number card for our table. Our name wasn't called but our drink was and we nearly missed it because youd think with the number they'd bring it to you or call your name, not just the drink you ordered. The number only ended up being used by the cooks in the back.

Next, the food. We got biscuits and gravy and a bagel breakfast sandwich. The biscuits were a little dry which was alright because my girlfriend has had it before and knew what to expect. Drench them in gravy and theyre good. The sandwich was not in a good spot, dry bread, dry sausage, and an egg cooked as thin as possible. It was hard to chew and left my mouth dry as the desert. The bacon was good though.

Finally, the price. Very expensive for the amount of food we got. $31+ tip for biscuits and gravy, a small bagel sandwich, and a strawberry and banana smoothie. The smoothie we didn't have any qualms with besides the price. 7.50 for a fairly small smoothie seems to be a bit egregious, but it was delicious so I'm willing to overlook this piece. I won't say I'm a genius when it comes to running a business, but what on earth are you charging us this much for?

I have been in here many times. I love the aesthetic ✨️ and the atmosphere. I love the outside of the coffee shop☕️ as well✨️🙌🏻✨️. Beautiful in here. I love the Hippie vibes☮️✌🏻🕊✨️. The lights are beautiful, the staff is nice, and the vibe is just cool. I love❤️ supporting local❤️ and this is the closest coffee ☕️ shop to my house 🏠. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💘

My favorite coffee shop on this side of town. Delicious spiced chai lattes and cute & cozy ambiance.

Sadly, not enough seating in the winter months, but fast friendly service and the interior is unique. Coffee and smoothies are delicious!

Finally made it back for the first time this year after they were closed for a week to do a little remodel and it's even more perfect! They removed the barriers that were installed when Covid hit and opened up the counter area again. Plus moved some of the furniture around to create more social gathering spots. Bonus points for changing their Sunday hours from a 2pm closing time to 4pm!

I adore Firefly and have for decades. Wild to say that. Not only are their drinks and food top tier, but they are extraordinarily great at customer service. They also stand firm behind their values, which I am always looking for in businesses I choose to support.

I was recently verbally harrassed in their parking lot for parking in a handicap spot (I'm disabled), which, needless to say, was really offputting and upsetting. When they found out what happened, they went above and beyond to help. They were incredibly kind, empathetic, and generous. I was glad that if that was going to happen, it happened right before going into such a safe space.

Run, don't walk to give these folks your business. They are stellar humans.

I have been going to The Firefly since 2000. My friend introduced me. It is a warm and cozy place. The drinks are AMAZING. IN the summer I LOVE to sit outside and enjoy and plants and sun.

Everyone working was super friendly, vibes are very welcoming and chill. The best part was that they have my fav pumpkin spice still 🥳 LOVE this place
