This place is always one of my first stops when I visit home, and Caleb is a friendly, familiar face who offers exceptional customer service. I’ll never get tired of the atmosphere or the chai!

This cute little piece of heaven is exactly what you need when the weather turns chilly! I ordered a white chocolate mocha, and it was pure perfection rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The ambiance of the place is whimsical and magical, making it a delightful spot to unwind. I can’t wait to visit again!

Generally good place to go to if you want decent coffee and pastries. They often have vegan and gluten free options pastry-wise.

They ger super busy if you're not able to get there earlier on in the morning and parking can be chaotic when it gets that busy, but if you get there at the right time, it's an awesome spot. Personally I've had luck before 10am on weekdays, and right around when they're open on the weekends.

Expect, with a tip, to spend ~7-10 per specialized coffee.

Recently, I stopped by for a cup of coffee. When I entered , I saw an older Mexican female employee behind the counter talking to two young Caucasian customers. After their conversation ended, I approached the counter to buy a cup of coffee. This is when the Mexican female gathered the receipts off the counter, turned her back on me, put them under a counter, and started a casual conversation with the some of the employees working behind the counter. As I stood there waiting for her to turn around and take my order, I saw a young Caucasian female employee give her a dirty look. About five minutes of later, the Mexican female turned around and asked me if she could help me. I looked at her, turned around, and left. There were no other customers in line waiting to buy coffee, only me. As long as this Mexican female works there, I will never buy anything from Firefly because I will not pay to be treated unprofessionally. A few minutes later, I driove to Crescent and bought a cup of coffee. It was delicious and the service was much better!

Everything I've ever had is delicious. You absolutely cannot go wrong with a pumpkin muffin! I love sitting out on the deck or inside, both atmospheres are great.

As out of towners, we were looking for a small coffee place with a cozy feel and good coffee to pass a few hours. Firefly filled that perfectly. We both ordered off of the seasonal menu and had a pumpkin chai and an apple chai both hot. We also indulged in a few of the baked items they offered.
The staff was wonderful with explaining a few options to customize the drinks to our likings. We enjoyed talking with a staff member who was friendly and so kind.

As the weather was perfect, we sat out in the patio area and enjoyed talking and spending time relaxing. The plants and atmosphere were very zen and calming. If the weather was not as nice as it was, we would have been inside and enjoyed it just as much. From the minute you walk in, you will feel calm, relaxed and enjoy beautiful artwork around the entire place.

Both my sister and I highly recommend this location for a great cup of coffee or tea and time to unwind. When back in the area, we will be returning here for sure.

I wanted to love this place. But my drink was almost tasteless. Online ordering for same day was unavailable, then when I called no one answered and the voicemail said we're not taking phone orders. So I had to come in and order which was annoying but fine, but then it wasn't even good.

Firefly is a very pleasant coffee shop with plenty of seating outside in a fairly green space. The inside was eclectic and comfortable, and they had friendly staff. The menu had some good options, and I went for the Viennese latte. It was delicious with flavors of cinnamon and vanilla. I’ve had a similar coffee elsewhere before, and it’s one of my favorite coffee drinks. This was a good one. I think this would be my favorite coffee shop if I lived closer. Give it a try if you haven’t already.
