LOVE Firefly!! Wonderful outside are in warm weather and cozy inside when it's cold out. Snacks and coffees are fantastic and the egg salad is phenomenal. Every employee is a gem too! ?

This place is adorable! Good people work here, very nice and helpful. They work fast and get the food out quick. I got the sourdough bagel, and it was hard to chew, but that’s my fault haha.Good place to study too! Went with a friend and there were plenty of seats to choose from.

Unfortunately, I had a really rude barista today. I had ordered 2 drinks, one a matcha latte and the other a same size coffee for my friend. When my name was called, both drinks appeared to be identical because neither were labeled. I kindly asked the woman with a mask and short dark hair if she knew by chance which one was the matcha latte. She then rudely remarked in a mocking manner, "Well, let's see here, (she removed one of the lids) this one looks pretty green to me," placed the lid back on and walked away. My friend and I were shocked by how terrible the service we were given for just asking a simple question. The woman who took our order and informed us the shop was closing was very nice, but the other short haired, masked barista ruined my first experience there and I will not be returning.Hopefully, mgmt will address this so it doesn't happen again.

Idt I can explain how much firefly means to me. Some of my earliest memories consisted of my mom getting me a smoothie from firefly when I was in early elementary school. It was always the best day ever when I got a drink from firefly!!!!! 17-20 years later, getting a drink from firefly is still a great treat!!! It’s always been my happy place, idt I could live in Fort Wayne without firefly. The environment, the art, the amazing baristas, everything about it IMO makes it the best place in Fort Wayne.
