I ordered two subs and Mac and cheese. Never once did I say add bacon, yet here I am with bacon on my sandwich and the $3 charge to boot! This is bull. Your employees (Caleb) need to learn to listen!

Bunch of idiots who took 20+ minutes in spite of an empty store and got the order completely wrong.
Shouldn't take 15 minutes making a sandwich when you're the only customer and there are 3 employees but here it does.
Parking: Not easy access.

Totally forgot an entire meal. Upon bringing it up they put it in the “que” so the manager said. Another 15 mins later it finally was done. That point everyone is done. Wouldn’t be an issue if the manager on shift wasn’t such a rude jerk about it. So many customers came in ordered got food and still waiting on the sandwich.

I wanted the engineer with no onions and cheese and extra mayo. The order was repeated to me and confirmed. I get home and my sandwich has onions and NO mayo. This was the only thing I was looking forward to eating today and it was ruined. So disappointing and $20 down the drain. Thank you so much.

Sandwiches are first rate. If you order online and wait there for your order, make sure you sit where you can see your sandwich hit the shelf. They will NOT call your name, and you can be sitting there indefinately.

4:30 pm. Only customers in the store. 25 minutes for our subs. Check mine … not what I ordered. Wait another 10 min for the correct order. Get back to the car … my son’s order is wrong too. I love the food here if they make it right but it’s a bigger joke than McDonalds used to be with the second and third window. FFS Firehouse. Calling you out. Not my only experience like this nor the only location.
