The level of service far exceeds anything I could have Imagined from a sandwich shop. Kendrah went above and beyond to assure each guest not only got what they wanted but explained things along the way and did it with a smile and a winning personality.

I order Dinner online. Whole process was very easy. Sandwiches were ready when I requested. I was greeted, thanked and wished a Merry Christmas as I left. I love the taste of the sandwiches. They ate a little different(in a good way) from other sandwich shop and miles above Subway. I only wish the sandwiches were marked-other than that great experience. I will be back.

It can take them a little while to get your food finished, but I'd say it's well worth the wait! Absolutely love the New York Steamer. Not too dry, not too much sauce, great flavors, and plenty of meat on it! It's a perfectly fine location to eat in at, nothing really remarkable on the interior, but whether it's a dine in or to go order I'd absolutely recommend their food!

Just tried this place. The food is delicious, they are also eco friendly, as well as having great customer service. We found a new favorite!

We got 2 different sandwiches. Within an hour, both of had diarrhea. Guessed it was the
Mayo.
Called next day, talked to manager, she was rude and short

Apparently our order ended on the floor,so my husband had to ask when we would get our sandwiches.They were apologetic but we offered no restitution to slot of people getting their food before us.So I asked about 2 free cookies and we got them.

First visit. Ordered the engineer because it had mushrooms. Extremely disappointed. I guess I thought the ingredient would be fresh but the mushrooms were canned. Yuck. The sandwich was just ok. Probably won't return.
