Spent 20 buck on a meal. Was hungry in an hour and the sub wasn't what was advertised.

Ok I love that they support first responders. But seriously... I just paid 19$ to sit at a dirty table because there was not a single clean table in the place. The lobby is absolutely filthy.

The staff were extremely friendly. A gentleman, named Michael, was absolutely phenomenal. He was very helpful. We were curious about the hot sauces and he was very knowledgeable and was recommending good recipes to pair them with that he personally has cooked up. Great dude!! Haven't even made of home for my husband and I to eat the subs but had to leave a good review for Michael and the other guys there tonight.

On my way to work today I decided to order a sandwich online from your location in Fort Wayne Indiana. I ordered an italian foot long plain with lettuce only and add mushrooms to be picked up at 1pm. I picked up the sandwich and proceeded to work about an hour after being at work i sat down to eat and took a bite out of my sandwich and realized it had everything on it. I spit out the bite in the trash and close the container. I placed a call to that location and ask if I could send a co-worker in to pick up a replacement because I could not leave work. The manager asked me what was wrong and I explained to her that I could not have certain items so I ordered my food plain. when I placed my order, as I always so, i verified online that it was plain the way I wanted it before I clickes on the payment section. It was correct and I paid for my sandwich. She stated that they made the sandwich to what their ticket said off of the computer.I don't know where the issue lays why It did not transfer the same way but she only offered after speaking with her to replace it with a half of a sandwich. I asked her So what you are saying is you're going to replace my $16 sandwich with a sandwich that is half the size eventhough I paid for a footlong and she stated that they made it the way it was supposed to be by their ticket. First off.This is a slap in the face because I offered to send the sandwich back to prove that I wasn't trying to get free food and that there truly was a problem with having stuff on it that I could not have but to offer to give me a 1/2 of a sandwich to replace a foot long I do.Not feel this is good customer service. I always look forward to going to a firehouse subs. I enjoy your food. We no longer have one in the town I live in so when I get a chance to eat there I totally enjoy it, but this makes me never want to come back ever again..
