The parking spaces in front of the store are so small that one customer was parked between two spaces and when I pulled into one there wasn't enough room to open the door all the way. I will not go back until the spaces are repainted. They just lost a customer.

Fantastic food like normal. Ordered regular fry and got more than 2 of us could eat. I got jr cheeseburger fully loaded. It was cooked perfectly and had fantastic flavor. I normally do regular but i think from now on will do the jr. Daughter had regular bacon cheeseburger. Again cooked perfectly. One complaint is store a little dirty and while getting ice part of pop dispenser fell off machine. Also one pop machine had a lot less pop available

A week ago I ordered food when it was not busy and I waited for a surprisingly short time - I would learn I got a burger that had been sitting for a while and I had to heat it up when I got home.Today I ordered from home and hoped to pick up the order. I ordered the food and waited before leaving for five guys. I then had to wait at Five Guys for ten minutes... So I imagine a half hour is how long you should wait after you order it online - then come in .. it does appear this time the food is fresh...It's a Fast Food Lottery Opportunity - it is possible to get a good meal and service. But it's $15 to find out whether you win or lose... Frustrating as Five Guys used to be a super reliable way of avoiding the Fast Food Lottery - now it's just a more expensive risk.

We went in around 9 tonight (11/17) and were helped by Rachel. Wow, she is amazing! The fountain machines were out of ice, but she made sure that she got us some quickly so we'd have cold drinks. She was so friendly and engaging! Thanks Rachel, for going above and beyond!

I have been ordering from this Five Guys through mobile orders for years now and am pleasantly surprised that the quality has not dropped in all these years. Always extra fries in the bag, the burgers are always sealed tightly, and the people working there are consistently great.
