Been wanting to try the brunch at Charlie’s for a long time. Finally got the opportunity today. It was a great experience! The greeter immediately acknowledged us and there was no wait to be seated (we arrived 30 minutes after opening). The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Olivia was a great server! She answered all of all questions without hesitation. The food was delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced. Now I plan to return to experience the dinner hours. Very impressive.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Vilma. She is the heart of this place- every time I walk in, she greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. Her professionalism, kindness and positive energy set the tone for this place. It’s rare to find a manager who not only runs things smoothly but also takes the time to make every person feel valued. Allie was our server and was quick, nice, funny and created a great dining environment! All the praise to Allie and Vilma! Many dogs here as well which makes it fun!

I would recommend charlies place to anyone who is looking for a place to eat/drink with a warm and friendly atmosphere. I’ve brought my family and dog here 4+ times and every time have been greeted by the friendliest manager Vilma! When servers were busy, Vilma took great care of us multiple times and is very jolly and you can tell she loves her job!! 5 stars- would give 10 if i could. Food is amazing and drinks are even better!!! (Complimentary chicken boat for dogs too)!!!

Thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere! You can’t tell this used to be a club. Very simple but beautiful and gorgeous outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly, and our server, Nicole, was sweet and informative. I got the tacos and house made chips. The tacos were very good, and stuffed! I do wish they’d season the eggs and potatoes on the tacos but it was still very good. The house made chips were delicious! I will be coming back!

Velma was the rudest person there, talking loudly right in front of on how she won’t sit us at a table, never smiled at us once, stopped helping us to help people that were already seated. 10/10 would not come back due to her making the atmosphere unwelcoming. Usually a very uplifting atmosphere but she immediately ruined the mood of me and the people with me. Lacks any customer service skills.

A much needed venue in Fort Wayne. Lovely outdoor seating that belies the location. Nicely decorated with plants and cozy spaces for conversation or listening to the entertainment. Excellent bar with talented mixologists. Food is a great mix of bar food and inventive combinations for the foodies. Come while the weather is nice.
Service was good, I attended in a large group and our server was very thorough in handling all of our orders in a timely manner. The food was higher end on pricing, but it's a pay of atmosphere vibe place. Tater tots were excellent but the goddess wrap was just a lot of herbs and flavors at once for my taste. The fruit was fresh and crisp! I really enjoy their patio area, a lot of seating options and its comfortable and urban layout.

I was excited to go for their Saturday pumpkin spice brunch. I got seated right away and then just sat there. I saw waitresses walking around and looking over at us. One finally came over to the table next to us and talked with them with no haste. She then just walked away without even acknowledging us. It was ridiculous. We ended up walking out. We would've waited but the fact they would not speak to us or acknowledge us, was very upsetting.

Went in on a Saturday brunch special and got seated rather quickly, however nobody acknowledged me and my friend for over 20 minutes so we left. They were not slammed at all. The waitress looked at us but never approached us. She looked pissed that another table was seated. In the future if you are short staffed please tell us or at least acknowledge the customer. Will not be back.

Showed up to have lunch with family and the waitress left us sitting and never took our order for over 30 minutes. Never refilled our water and completely ignored us. Highly unprofessional service and they need to retrain the waitress on how to do the bare minimum of her job.
