Food bar had a lot of empty bins that needed refilled. Server was great attentive to our needs. It was easy to tell the restaurant was understaffed. Floors had trash, and tables were not bused. Staff was doing best the could. If something doesn't change customers are going to continue to decline and the restaurant will probably close in a year or two.

First time here in 8 + years. Terribly disappointing for my wife and me. Ingredients area was extremely messy. Looked as if no one had wiped up the are for hours. A number of the ingredients were empty. Where we placed our bowls was also extremely messy. Did not look like it had been cleaned for hours. Extremely slow but friendly service. She forgot our bread though. Definitely won't go back for quite some time. I feel they need new management.

Gave us dirty bowls. Nearly every every container had other ingredients dropped in. $16 per person for a small dirty bowl and bad food.The staff were very nice though. I'd give a 5 for the staff.

I wish I had taken a photo of my dish. I used to come here growing up 15+ years ago and it was always great. This establishment has not been renovated at all. The bathrooms were in really bad shape. The banquet seats were sunken in. The worst part was the food. There were flies everywhere, only one side of the buffet is open, and the options did not look safe to eat.When they brought the food, my plate smelled like cigarette smoke from the amount everything was burned and the oil they use.This place needs to be shut down or completely reno’d.The wait staff was doing their best to give people a good experience but the food is unacceptable.

Normally love this place, but came in for lunch today ordered gyoza as an appetizer and a poke bowl. Waitress brought me my water and took my order fine, but then I didnt see her again for 45 minutes... and still didnt even recieve my appetizer. Someone explain that to me please. I had to get back to my job so I just left.

Last night we went to Flat Top in FW to celebrate my birthday, however, the service was by far the worst we've ever experienced. We waited 20 mins before a server even came to acknowledge us. We then waited 10min to even put our bowl on the counter after filling with ingredients because there was that much of a back up for the cooks and no counterspace for our bowls. Then, our food took over 45min to come out and it was barely warm. We then had to wait 5 mins to receive forks to even eat the food. My husband ended up getting sick later that night from the food. After this experience, we do not forsee attempting this location again. It has went really downhill in the past couple of years.

We went during a busy time and was told it would be 45 minutes..we made our bowls and they sat on the counter for an hour and half the whole time we were swatting drain flys..we ended up paying for our drinks and left. I was very disappointed especially when seeing people served that came in after us. Our waitress was very nice so that’s a plus
