Our food was supposed to be ready by 5:05 to 5:18. It is now 6:19 and we are still waiting for two pizzas that should have been ready over an hour ago. Not very good food service if you're going to forget a customer's food order and not turn it in.

Waitress brought a pizza and my sandwich but no garlic cheese bread I asked where it was she said I gave it to another table she offered to put another in but I didn’t see the point she prolly would hand it to another table again! There was only 2 other tables beside us. She brought another water with lemon and added hair! Manager offered a free one on next visit told him there won’t be another visit and he got upset a walked off waitress said sorry I’m a crappy server! Since the parking lots empty why don’t yall close down! In this town oleys pizza is king of deep dish

We ordered a Special Deep Dish pizza. Server advised would take 45 minutes. Pizza delivered to our table in 35 minutes. Normally that would be a good thing. The pizza had Sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers. (All were pre cooked before adding to the pizza)Making them mushy & without taste. Mushrooms & onions should not be grilled. The pizza was hot around the ends but middle warm at best. We are Transplants from Chicago. Our Giordano's in the city was always very good & consistent. This was our experience in the Fort Wayne location just this week. Our server was great, very pleasant, no complaints with her. We were just disappointed with the pizza.

The food was good but nothing exceptional. Our friends had said it was the best pizza they ever had but I wouldn't agree. It was okay but nothing exceptional. The service was adequate but not sure we'll hurry back.

I'd always heard about Giordanos pizza so I thought I'd try it. The place wasn't busy at all which should have been a bit of a red flag. The waitress was good but from what she said a deep dish pizza takes at least forty minutes and from the menu it looks like all the pizzas were on the pricey side, sounds about par for a really good pizza joint, right. It was probably the worst pizza I've ever had though, the crust was boring and the sauce just wasn't good. So disappointing. Save yourself the money and stick with Lexys, Oleys, hell even Pizza Hut or Caseys.
