It should be plastered all over somewhere - the door or their website home page that there are no baked goods aside from baguettes on Mondays and Tuesdays. I drove 25 minutes with two kids, unloaded them and walked in to hear the gal working tell another customer who was there for I’m guessing the same reason that. Beyond disappointed.
My husband and I have been customers for some time so obviously we love their products. However, today we went in for a couple pastries, English muffin to go and a coffee. Cost $21. It wasn’t busy. The flow of getting our food was slow and seemed inefficient. We actually noted this the previous visit as well. I think I went with the almond croissant and a scone. The scone was better than the croissant. The croissant was so sweet / rich it was difficult for my tastes,
I'll give it one more shot with some other items but not my style of baking (and yes I love traditional French pastry / baking).
