Not a great experience. Food was alright. Ordered the Let's Go Pesto flatbread though a bit overpriced tasted decent. Wish I could say the same for the service. I had gone in on a Friday evening and there were a couple customers in the store, not busy at all. While waiting for someone to ask if I needed help or my order taken, employees made sure to finish their personal conversation before attending to any customers. After finally placing my order waited again on my food to be made for workers to show each other things on their phone instead of prioritizing guests. They didnt start on my order until their conversation was done again. No apologies were made for my wait. Overall love the interior of the place and feel it has the potential to be great. But will sadly not return due to the lack of customer service.

Food was fine but customer service deserved 0 stars. I was not welcomed in and also completely ignored. I walked in and waited at the podium 3 viable workers walked past me and did not acknowledge me at all. It wasn't until the employee closest to me stared at me, I was compelled to say I had a mobile order. I waited for at least 8-9 minutes, in addition to the 15 order-Head duration, only to find out my order was already finished. I could've left right when I got there if I was only acknowledged. Do better Grain and Berry.

We love it here. We get carry out mostly. We decided to eat inside this time. It was absolutely freezing in there. Everyone had their coats on while eating and we were still freezing. Mentioned it to a coworker and he said they have no control over the temp. Not sure where the person is located that has control but it’s definitely not in Fort Wayne. Other than that it was great.

I was too excited to eat and forgot to take a picture, but I'll definitely be going back and will not forget to take pix next time. They have a good selection to choose from. First time I've had plant based chicken and it was good! I was thrilled to see they had a high chair available along with a book cart, coloring pages and crayons for kiddos.

Will always be a customer here! Their customer service is amazing; they were out of kale and offered me another drink AND a card to come back and get my original whenever I wanted. Quality is amazing and love the atmosphere!

Wonderful healthy options for a snack or a meal. The staff member that I interacted with was friendly, informative and made this first time visitor feel comfortable asking questions.

Wanting to be a regular! Yet, would recommend to others to get carry-out if you have time constraints. The owners daughter failed to begin my party's items in an empty store, for 18 minutes with a visible staff of four. She was so busy staring at customers coming in, she seemed to be unable to actually focus on the matter at hand- "Grain and Berry" food! After 18 minutes one of our party approached an employee to see if our items were completed - they had not begun them yet??Additionally, the contents are inconsistent and should be weighed or measured. Sometimes you receive more sometimes less. And, never order extra, you will not get your $1 per extra. Employees are not friendly. The negatives are the only consistency!

Tried Grain & Berry after a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed! I'm not Vegan, but the all the options they had looked super refreshing and I left very full after splitting a toast with a friend and having a whole parfait to myself! The toasts were both delicious and left me feeling good! It was busy inside, but we still got great service!

This Grain & Berry location opened in Fort Wayne a couple of months ago. It sells an assortment of acai bowls, juices, smoothies, flatbreads, and quesadillas. As I visited during lunch, I opted for the Go Fig or Go Home quesadilla. The staff recommended the cauliflower crust and it didn't disappoint. I thought the amount of balsamic glaze might have been a bit much, but it worked really well with the fig, brie, and apple in the quesadilla. I love an acai bowl, but I didn't try one from Grain & Berry on my recent visit. I feel like it's a better breakfast option, so next time I'm in the area around breakfast, I'll be back for one. There is a lot of seating inside, but you can also opt to get your meal to-go.
