Went in the lady behind the counter was rude. And no manager appeared to be present. Fresh jalapeños are disc slices not chopped. I asked the lady to cut some for me and she said it was too much work. I will not go to the one on leo road again. Hope someone higher up from the store reaches out to me
Additional notes: the owner did reach out to me and made every attempt at correcting the situation. He even assured me the rude service would be taken care of. I appreciate the owner for caring enough to promptly reach out and correct the situation.

This place used to be alright. Not anymore. 100% do not recommend.
Their rewards feature is an exercise in frustration. You're supposed to earn discounts every time you purchase something, except their system absolutely does not work and you actually get nothing. When I talk to them about it, suddenly they are the most incompetent people on the planet and can't seem to figure anything out, or fix it. I've dealt with this issue too many times with them now. And the food quality has gone downhill, so nothing to redeem them anymore. Today was my last visit to Guadalupe's.

The two young men working around 7pm on Friday, May 2nd, were a delight. I came in with my toddler son, and they were so kind and attentive to him. It's the little things, and they really went above and beyond.
