*edit**I emailed you as you asked, and its been 9 days with no response. You clearly do not want to make it right with us. It seems you only promptly respond to public reviews.*My husband and I went here at least 2 to 3 times a week, so writing this review makes me sad. We will not be returning to this location unless we see some new employees.My husband was a huge Chipotle fan because they make giant burritos. I convinced my husband to patronize Guadelupe's instead because they are locally owned and Catholic. Literally every. Single. Time. that we came in to order we received obnoxious comments from the employees that our burrito was too big and they couldn't wrap it and they were so bugged that the burrito had too many ingredients on it. We understand the burrito is big, but we even pay for the extra costs happily and we started to tip them extra because they made us uncomfortable and we felt bad that they were so troubled with wrapping the burritos. The comments and gestures that we received got so bad that we will not be returning. This last visit the woman threw her hands up and said "this isn't even a burrito."Again, we're aware that the burrito is big...but if we're coming in 2 to 3 times a week, sometimes more than that and patronizing your business, you would think that they would get to know us, be kind to us and just take care of us. It's not that hard to double wrap a burrito.Why offer all the ingredients in the first place if it's so obnoxious to ask for them? And again, we pay for the up charges! It's like so confusing because the Chipotle employees don't blink twice at wrapping really big burritos. We will be going back to Chipotle for our "obnoxious" burritos.

Wow! The food was delicious! You'll love it and get a significant amount of food and value. I hope you're hungry and ready to indulge in the mouth-watering flavors!Parking: Easy in and out. The parking lot is relatively level.
First time, they explained everything! Food was hot, generous portions and very flavorful!

The food here was amazing. Portion size was really large. Our family of 5 all got the bowls. They put so much food into it. All was delicious and very filling. Not sure how new this location is. It was a little underwhelming aesthetically but it's a quick in and out restaurant so I suppose that's just part of it.

First time in 11/25/2023. Fantastic food. FRESH! HUGE PORTIONS AND VERY FLAVORFUL. So glad we stopped in...Had the steak burrito lots of choices to fill it.
Everything was bland, no flavor. Got two bowls chicken and steak double meat. The meat looked questionable, just wasn't aware steak could look like chicken.

Ordered online, and the food was ready to pick up in 5 minutes. Steak Burrito - $9.55 - Pretty delicious. Very saucy, but nothing fell out of the burrito, which was pretty shocking. Steak is a bit chewy, but you get a lot for a cheap price, so no complaints, really. Carnitas Burrito - $8.70 - Good taste. Carnitas was also a little chewy but still decent. No one can say the burritos are dry. Definitely tons of sauce. Medium-sized burritos. No free chips and salsa. Some other restaurants may give you free chips and salsa for the same price. I assume the two working there are husband and wife. Both are very friendly and nice. If you want a quick burrito for lunch or dinner, it's decent flavor and price. I'd eat here again.

It was just OK. Service was good, but the food was bland. I had the bowl with carntia the meat was watered down with NO taste. I will try them again!
Picked up two large orders of chips and salsa….received about the size of a medium fries from McDonalds. Absolutely appalling .
