The food was pretty good. I haven't been to Hardee's in a long time before this. I went there twice that day. For breakfast I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash brown nuggets (not sure what they're called). It was really good. The best breakfast for fast food I've had that I can remember. Way better than McDonald's. Then for lunch I got 2 spicy chicken tender wraps. They were cheap because they're smaller, but those were so good also. The only thing I didn't like is they had this music blasting. I'm only 31 and not a get off my lawn or turn it down person, but the music was so loud that's all I could think about.

Had just gone through the drive thru ( 4/14/25 ) & this was gonna be my first time trying Hardee’s. My bf was telling me what to order & I got confused by hearing my bf voice & the speaker guy asking questions & got misunderstood. After answering the guy apologizing that I didn’t hear correctly. A woman comes onto the speaker with a very nasty attitude. & asks the question again (that I had already answered to the man before) & after I answer their question again. I hear her, not so discreetly, say “jeez” under her breath. My bf & I had just decided to drive away atp bc lack of patience & bad customer service from this woman. I recommend giving her a refresher in the customer service you guys are providing.

Gross cup, threw away drink. It had grainy something at the bottom and was visibly dirty. Called manager they didn't care.
I tried to order a Candied Bacon Frisco burger but was not able to. I ordered online and when I got to the window I asked if I could just pay for the upcharge for them to add it to the sandwich. They said I would have to purchase a snack pack which is almost half the price of the burger itself. I asked if they could just make my my sandwich with it on there already since it comes with bacon anyway. I just wanted the Candied Bacon and was willing to pay the difference. The drive-thru employee just kept saying she didn't know how to do that. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to come to the window to help me. I came inside to get assistance and was ignored. She came up and helped other customers but kept ignoring me. When I said someone she said that she was busy and couldn't stop what she was doing to help me. I told her that was rude of her being that I'm a paying customer and was here first, especially when she stopped what she was doing to help others. She finally came to ke and was short with me stating that since I ordered online that they aren't affiliated and there's nothing she could do. I asked her for all of my troubles and as a customer service measure if she could just swap out the regular Bacon for the Candied Bacon? She said no and walked away. The drive-thru employee just stood there not knowing what to do. It was a horrible experience and I will jot be returning. I will like my money back for the horrible service I received. Other customers were there confused as to why she couldn't assist. She's a general manager to boot. Dannie I was told. (Not sure how she spells it).

The food was good, but $32 for two medium combo meals is a bit outrageous. I know that's just the cost of fast food these days, but it was still shocking. Also, didn't affect my service at all but the lady at the window that took my money was beyond stoned.

Service was good, the person taking my order and cashing me out was very nice. I ordered 2 meals, 5pc Nashville hot tenders, 2apple turn overs. Spent $45. My Lemonade was gross tasted very watered down, and these are what y’all call Nashville tenders? NO sauce on them and they are OLDDDDD and SOGGY Not even crispy! Definitely not coming back to this location, last time I ordered from here was the Nashville chicken sandwich and they gave me tenders on my sandwich to replace the chicken! When I called them they said they do that when they need to make more chicken so the costumer doesn’t have to wait! Well don’t ya think maybe let the costumer choose whether they want to wait instead of eating a chicken tender sandwich.. smh
