Went to this Hardee's for the main purpose of buying a gift card. We decided to do a mobile order for dinner before we headed that way. My husband went inside to get the food and waited for longer than expected. No one greeted him. When they did finally acknowledge him he asked about a gift card and the employee went to get the manager. The manager AJ had a poor attitude and acted as if he didn't want to bother with selling the gift card so my husband said nevermind. The employee set our food bag down without saying anything. My husband bought the food to the car and we decided to check to make sure it was all there before we left. We were missing the chicken tenders from the kids meal. My husband went back inside to grab them. We ate our food in the car on the way home and nothing was even remotely warm. With as long as it took to get our food, we expected it to be hot. Couldn't get the gift card we came for, our food was cold and missing items, and the employees had bad customer service. Super disappointing, wasteful trip.

The last time I went to Hardee's and I live close by they used to be so good spent $44 there to get the family meals and it was horrible and the people were so mean that was taking my order and I get it they don't have any help but the food should have been horrible and and taking their frustrations out on someone that's coming there to buy food I just hope it gets better I know everybody's going through something and I understand that and I'm not judging but it was one of the worst experiences I've had going there

In the drive through the lady was very obtuse. I ask a question after halfway through ordering she told me there would be a wait.i couldn't finish my order she gave me a total and told me to pull forward. At the window I tried speaking to the woman and she ignored me yet called me sweetheart

We are the only ones here and the 2 kitchen staff went into full cleanup mode ignoring our order. Really cleanliness is great but ahead of customer service at lunchtime?

Monster Bisquit is the best ever . Most places have shrunk their breakfast sandwiches Not Hardees . Thank you . Service is always great. Food served hot and fresh 100% of the time. Keep up the awesomeness Hardees.

I watched the manager throw a grape jelly packet at a door dasher when she was asked politely for it. Their coffee machine was broken. I was cussed out in front of my children and some elderly patrons for asking for my coffee to be replaced with orange juice. my daughter liked her sandwich though.

Can’t tell you about the food here—can’t really tell you about the atmosphere other than it must not be a fun place to work. Girl who took the order at the drive-through was rude to the guy ahead of me. Then when I pulled up to place my order, she was rude to me as well. So I pulled forward without ordering anything and left. If you’re gonna treat your customers with disrespect, you might as well close your business down. The bad part is, this was the second time I stopped at this location having visited there when it first opened. I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect after asking about a coupon I had. I’ve literally been to this Hardee’s twice and never had the food there because the people who work there just don’t seem to enjoy their jobs. Do better.

The food was great, but the service was very disappointing. I was simply trying to understand the menu and asked if I could substitute fries in my combo for something else, but the employee responded with attitude the entire time. She sighed, face palmed, and even slammed my cup on the counter. I truly enjoyed the food and would have loved to come back, but because of the poor service and treatment, I won’t be returning
