Can’t tell you about the food here—can’t really tell you about the atmosphere other than it must not be a fun place to work. Girl who took the order at the drive-through was rude to the guy ahead of me. Then when I pulled up to place my order, she was rude to me as well. So I pulled forward without ordering anything and left. If you’re gonna treat your customers with disrespect, you might as well close your business down. The bad part is, this was the second time I stopped at this location having visited there when it first opened. I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect after asking about a coupon I had. I’ve literally been to this Hardee’s twice and never had the food there because the people who work there just don’t seem to enjoy their jobs. Do better.

The food was great, but the service was very disappointing. I was simply trying to understand the menu and asked if I could substitute fries in my combo for something else, but the employee responded with attitude the entire time. She sighed, face palmed, and even slammed my cup on the counter. I truly enjoyed the food and would have loved to come back, but because of the poor service and treatment, I won’t be returning

Pay almost $12 for a small fry, small drink and 5 chicken strips and 2 of the strips are nuggets size....guess ill be going back to wingstop and chick fil a from now on

I ordered a shake and they made it about 2/3 full with no whipped cream. It tasted like gas. They didn't have some of the menu items and my burger bun was mashed out of all recognition.

The food was pretty good. I haven't been to Hardee's in a long time before this. I went there twice that day. For breakfast I got a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash brown nuggets (not sure what they're called). It was really good. The best breakfast for fast food I've had that I can remember. Way better than McDonald's. Then for lunch I got 2 spicy chicken tender wraps. They were cheap because they're smaller, but those were so good also. The only thing I didn't like is they had this music blasting. I'm only 31 and not a get off my lawn or turn it down person, but the music was so loud that's all I could think about.

My bf was telling me what to order & I got confused by hearing my bf voice & the speaker guy asking questions & got misunderstood. After answering the guy apologizing that I didn’t hear correctly. A woman comes onto the speaker with a very nasty attitude. & asks the question again (that I had already answered to the man before) & after I answer their question again. I hear her, not so discreetly, say “jeez” under her breath. My bf & I had just decided to drive away atp bc lack of patience & bad customer service from this woman. I recommend giving her a refresher in the customer service you guys are providing.
