Service was good, the person taking my order and cashing me out was very nice. I ordered 2 meals, 5pc Nashville hot tenders, 2apple turn overs. Spent $45. My Lemonade was gross tasted very watered down, and these are what y’all call Nashville tenders? NO sauce on them and they are OLDDDDD and SOGGY Not even crispy! Definitely not coming back to this location, last time I ordered from here was the Nashville chicken sandwich and they gave me tenders on my sandwich to replace the chicken! When I called them they said they do that when they need to make more chicken so the costumer doesn’t have to wait! Well don’t ya think maybe let the costumer choose whether they want to wait instead of eating a chicken tender sandwich.. smh

0 if it were an option. The restaurant is never open on posted hours. If they are, they just don't answer their drive-thru. This has happened multiple times. Went there the other day for husband and kids, and the car in front of me sped off angry. I wasn't sure why, but I learned. The lady yelled at me from the back door, didn't you hear me? I said 10 min before we were ready to serve lunch. Never have I heard of a place that serves breakfast and lunch needing a 10 min shutdown between meal shifts. And then to yell at me after I politely said okay, no problem? Also! My daughter, who has never worked before, went in to hand an app in while i was in the drive thru, and the manager said, "What do you need?" Then, she proceeded to say she did her hiring and wouldn't be hiring my daughter. Which; whatever sounds like she dodged a bullet. The unprofessionalism, frankly rude behavior shocked me . I drove away and got DQ. Ridiculous

Freezing cold inside, worst hamburger I've had in decades. Condiments were oozing all over. It was nasty. Ate half, to sloppy to continue eating, threw it out.

Food was ok, waited 25 mins in the drive through behind one car. Next experience a year later was less impressive, cold food, no salt, ketchup, sauce, straws, forks or napkins included. Guy at the window didn't care at all.

They didn't have the steak biscuit that I ordered in the app--not their fault, I suppose, but if they could have notified 'corporate' to make it impossible to order, awesome! Anyway, they substituted at my request and were friendly with a clean environment. The blueberry biscuit, however, I later discovered was upside down so most of the icing was stuck to the bottom of its box, and it was clearly not a "made-that-day fresh" biscuit either.
