I stopped in for breakfast on 03/28/2024. I ordered the loaded omelette sandwich combo. What I was given was a smashed biscuit with what looked to be an egg and maybe cheese. When I brought it back inside the young Man came up to the counter and I explained to him that I had ordered the number one. He looked at the sandwich and said “ this is the number one “ I have had the number one several times before. I told him that there isn’t any meat on it. He took the sandwich tore it open and said there’s some meat right there, and walked away. I stood there mouth open not sure of what had just happened. I tried several times to get him to come back and he kept looking at me and turning away. I asked an employee if she could get the manager for me, and she told me that “that was the manager that just spoke with me.” I was dumbfounded. She went back there and told him that I wanted to speak with him and he told her that he has already spoken to me and walked away from her. The cashier that initially served me came over and asked if she could help me, and before I could say anything she blurted out “THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE!” At that point I asked for a refund. She told me to get the drink and the receipt, which I did and she slammed everything into the trash can. She then refunded me the money. I thanked her and left the store NEVER to return. I worked for nearly twenty years in the Food Service industry and I have never once treated a customer in that manner.

Fast food never gets 5 stars, but it has never been bad. Service is always 5 stars here. Wish I could call them out by name. I'm always in drive thru so the atmosphere only improves with a good song on the radio.

Stopped by at 7pm and was told they didn't prep enough chicken tenders for a 5 pc. Then stopped by the next morning for breakfast meal, at around 8am and the hash rounds were cold not warm, straight up cold. And asked for the sourdough bread to be extra toasted, bread wasn't toasted just warm and had to open the sandwich to see if anything was even in there. The amount of ham and egg was very small, picture on display looks nothing like what you get. Haven't been here for close to 3 years cause of how poor quality it was. Well I'm definitely done going back there, $11 for slightly warm bread and small about of egg and ham, and cold hash rounds rather spend my money somewhere else.

Why on EARTH is the breakfast menu not up in the drive through? Not everyone eats fast food often enough to memorize the menu, and not all options are visible online. The breakfast biscuits are salty and disgusting. The service is the worst part about this location. No actual greeting, just “go ahead and order.” So you start your order with 1 item and get a quick “is that all?” No, order 2nd item and before you even get the full sentence out, “is that all?” NO. After the 3rd item the “is that all?” Gets some sass behind it. NO KAREN THATS NOT FRIGGIN ALL, CALM DOWN AND LET PEOPLE ORDER.
The people at this restaurant are always so delightful and pleasant. I really love the frisco sandwich during breakfast hours. Very tasty and filling. Of course only this restaurant offers the

I have the Mushroom Swiss Burger... Almost every time. That choice is inconsistent. The delicious is always consistent on Hardee's side. Every time. Right there...... delicious as expected. Thanks guys. Exactly what I was looking for. Quick too.Dietary restrictions: Hardee's is not supposed to be one of those things you plan on a diet. Mushroom Swiss burger. It's a treat for a job well done or a hard day's work or an accomplishment. Gives much needed calories. Delicious. Every time.

Stopped by today to get some fries. No one answered at the drive through. When I went to go inside a lady popped out and said the broiler was down. I said that I only wanted fries she responded that they weren't serving anyone until the broiler was up. I don't see what that has to do with the fryer. It seemed more like she just didn't want to serve anyone. At least lock the door and put a sign up.
