Traveling and stopped at the Hardee’s on Rudisil to eat breakfast. Expected it to be like the rest of fast food breakfast joints (both McDonald’s and other Hardee’s have been horrible) and we’re absolutely thrilled at the wonderful service and the cleanliness of the restaurant!It was two men working and they didn’t act rushed at all yet the food was out in less than 5 minutes and the place was very clean- restrooms were too! Great job! Highly recommend this one!

Very expensive and food was not the best. Fries cold and the condiments on the sandwich was way to much and dripping off all sides of the burger.

So I decided to try Hardee's I haven't had in them in.....FOREVER! Okay cool, I slide on over there no lines, in fact I'm the only customer this is great, right? Manager smiles big at me and take my order, I kindly ask him to make my food fresh and I have no problem waiting. He replies,” sure and I will drop fresh fries”Okay cool, my order took longer than expected unsure as to why since I'm the only customer inside and one now in the drive-thru?! Manager - He hands me my bag with a big smile, tells me to have a great day. As I'm driving back to the office I open the bag and grab a COLD fry! Oh no!? So I grab my sandwich unwrap it and.....it's cold! I'm literally back at work, but uh huh this is unacceptable so I turn around and speed back to Hardee's belly up to the counter told the manager I want my money back and he obliged with no response. SMH!

I would like to commend the 4 guys that were on the evening crew when I visited the restaurant. The store was very clean when I walked in, the customer service was great, the food was fresh, the beverage machine was great the drinks were not watered down and had enough carbonation in them. I would like to note that my visit was between 7 and 8 pm when you would think that you would find some things out of order or a bit messy, everything was clean and in order and they worked well together.Customer Service outstanding

Food quality for a Hardee's location is always top notch here, with a service that I have not found an equal to. Unfortunately, this review is for how they were prior to the pandemic. Now they are understaffed and make constant mistakes. Much of recent memory the location has simply just remained closed due a lack of employee retention. They get in, realize they have to run the building alone or with one other person, then they quit.This Hardee's used to be fantastic. I honestly miss it.

Tried to pick up some breakfast sandwiches Sunday morning around 930 am, but the sign on the door said the restaurant was closed due to lack of workers. Sad.

Hardee's is absolutely delicious! Easily one of the best fast food restaurants around.. the food is always fresh and the employees are always super friendly. Typically, the drive through line isn't very long, so it makes for quick service, though, on occasion, once your at the window, it takes a bit; but that's how you know the food is fresh! It makes for a great quick bite for weary travelers and homebound people alike! I rate a MUST visit.
