It's more like shaved sno-cones: there are no add-ins like anko or ice cream, matcha, boba, mochi, condensed milk or even fruit. Just ice and syrup in many artificial flavors. It's a fun treat when it's hot and if you like sweet syrups without anything to temper it, but if you are expecting the whole affair you'd get in Hawaii, you'll be disappointed. It's also a little pricey for having no add-ins. Folks working there are super nice anyway.

Girl handed me this cup with absolutely no shame. barley had any ice in it, was drowned with syrup. Not sure why, because the other one I got was fine.

i went to sno balls with my friends and while eden and sophia were working, there was another girl named savannah. she was extremely disrespectful and very rude but she made me a really good smoothie.
