My meal was not up to the standards that have come to expect. The waitress offered something else for me and then a manager came to the table and wanted to make things right as well. Great customer service , I felt like they really cared about my experience and wanted to get it right!!! All 3 other meals were delicious. We were all impressed with the customer service!!!

Food and service was great! We had requested a booth and even had the hostess call to confirm that our group would fit (2 adults and 3 small kids). She said we were all set with a booth. When we arrived we did not get one and were told that they couldn't do it. It's a bit harder for us without one but everything eventually worked out. Just wish they hadn't confirmed it if they couldn't do it.

My husband has multiple food allergies and sensitivities, so between that and our 4 young kiddos, we rarely venture out for a nice dinner. We had the opportunity to have a date night this evening and decided to come to Hideout 125. Our waiter, Michael, was very kind and attentive about my husband's food allergies and made several trips to the kitchen to make sure certain foods were safe for him to eat. It's been 30 minutes since we've eaten and not only was his steak great, he feels perfectly fine afterwards too (which isn't always the case)! We're excited to come back to see Michael once their new location opens next month! Thanks for taking such good care of us 😊

Server was excellent. Haven’t had that kind of service in a long time 10/10, food was good, pricey for what you are getting but everything is expensive now anyways, disappointed in the espresso martini being made with coffee and not garnished.

My wife and I tried Hideout125 for our 19yr anniversary. We heard really good things. The service from Michael was very good, timely and pleasant. I was really disappointed with the food, however. The calamari appetizer was great, as was my wife's filet. But my lobster was over cooked initially and very tough. They were happy to replace it, and while half of the replacement was better, the back seemed to be raw, so I stopped eating. The ribeye was flavorless and lacked any marbling, not what I'd expect for the price. We ordered the beignets for dessert and found them undercooked and doughy in the middle, Michael took those off the bill without us asking. All in all, a rough outing in the food department, which happens. The server and manager did very well. Perfect service on their part.
